Excellent service from start to finish. The owner, Jeff, came to our home. He was knowledgeable and helpful and I must say, very patient. My husband and I had a great experience working with Jeff, the owner of Budget Blinds of West Boca. He was extremely helpful identifying the products that met our wants and needs. Jeff kept us apprised of the status of our orders' delivery and installation throughout the entire process. Jeff went above and beyond for us as I wanted the matching color of one of our purchases to apply to the wall trim. Jeff went to our specified paint store the same day and found the exact color of paint for me. We experienced a hiccup during the installation of one of our products (a factory error) but Jeff addressed it and we quickly had a replacement. Jeff is a true professional. He is courteous, humble and a man of his word. It was a real pleasure to work with him and I highly recommend him for your window treatment needs.
