Purchased a home from "Buck" the owner back in 2021, brand new build. In 2022 we had the 1 Year walkthrough, which he did show up to. At that time I reminded him of some screens that had never been installed and some damage to the side of the house that was know at the time of purchase. He has a good reputation so not an issue to wait at that time. There was some follow up work to be done which he took a list of. He asked to give him a couple of weeks. Skip to now, 2 things have been done with a dozen repairs till to be done. No screens or repair of the damage at the side of the house. I have been texting and calling him since then. The list of contractors that we have, have contractors that do not even work for him anymore. Do not do business with this guy. Something has happened and it is not good.
