After so many searches for contractors, I found the Legacy company. They did my bath. I had a shower from the 80's and they remodeled it. I am so satisfied with the work and the service. I will definitely do more work with them. Highly recommend.

I have done extensive modification of over 4 houses and have had lots of experience with builders. Legacy is at the top of the list of good experience! They are very competent at scheduling, and excellent at interacting with the customer. Anyone doing new building or renovation is at the mercy of the contractor. You must rely on his knowledge and skill at picking suppliers but also on his ability to pick high quality subcontractors and to over see their work. Legacy is an excellent interface with access to first rate resources. I recommend them highly.

I had a wonderful experience working with Legacy Builders on a complete remodel of a house that had been in my family for 30+ years. From the beginning of the design process all the way to completing the last items on the punch list, Dan made me feel like we were true partners. He did an awesome job of listening to my concerns and incorporating my ideas, no matter how many times we had to go back to the drawing board to get something just right. His lifelong experience with building/rehabbing homes was invaluable as we went through the expected ups and downs associated with a project of this size. He was always accessible whether by phone, text, email or in person. Dan's attention to detail was essential to keeping careful track of all the numbers/details/schedules, but he also didn't hesitant to grab his tools and jump in to make sure something got done. Jim was a very effective onsite manager who brought with him a team of wonderfully skilled tradespeople and made sure that everything meet his high standards. All of the trades (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, demo) were very respectful and did quality work. I learned so much about the construction process from watching them work (especially Andy, the electrician) and have every confidence in their workmanship. Most importantly, I love the end project! The house has by far exceeded my expectations. I will not be surprised if it stays in the family for another 30 years. I would not hesitate to recommend Legacy Builders to anyone looking to do their own rehab, whether big or small.

These guys did a classy professional job. Including many extra details that they did not add to the bill. They came in on time and on budget They provided complete easy to read drawings and suggested some really worthwhile changes to my original ideas They worked very closely with the building inspector to help me double my living space and still meet all the codes. I am very pleased

Legacy came to my rescue when my home burned. Walked me through everything that needed to be replaced and made some fantastic recommendations on the Re-Build. Offered Excellence in quality and workmanship. Polite and Respectful at all times. Helped me find the fixtures at the best prices. Cleaned up the work better than I would have. Recommended other contractors that would do specialty work that was not part of their contract.

I hired Legacy builders to replace the windows in my home. I am very pleased with my experience. The windows and trim look fantastic. I was kept up-to-date throughout the duration of the project. I would hire them again for any future home project.

legacy Builders did a wonerfull job completly remodelibg the home we live in. The work was completed in a timely manner, especially considering everthing that needed to be done. the wall paper had to be taken out in 2 rooms and there were multiple layers both of the bathrooms had to be redone the kitchen needed to complete stripped and remodel and all of the floors needed to be taken out and redone. not to mention the whole inside of the house had to be painted. very professional.
