My opinion is that Buster & Cogdell Builders are simply the Best; truly a step above other custom home builders. I purchased my Memorial family home that was built in 1967 and decided to do a complete remodel....taking the house down to the studs, adding square footage, in addition to building a pool and outdoor kitchen. After interviewing several custom home builders, I chose Buster & Cogdell because of their attention to detail and organization of my project. Starting with our first meeting, I truly felt that making my vision of what my house could be transformed into, was equally as important to Cooper Cogdell. I was never inconvenienced, and while many of my friends have had great disappointments while building their custom home, I thoroughly enjoyed the process....all due to Buster & Cogdell. The subcontractors were experts in their field, courteous and friendly. Cooper answered any questions that I had and was constantly in contact with me. He even had suggestions about details that added even more of a custom look to my home. My home turned out gorgeous and I am so proud of how beautiful it is now. The whole process of this building project was enjoyable! I absolutely recommend Buster & Cogdell Builders!

Buster & Cogdell Builders built our house in 2013. They were professional and always listened to our concerns. They stayed on time with the project and in budget. I liked how Cooper Cogdell stopped by the project every day and personally checked on the progress and made sure everything was going as planned. Most builders do not take the time to go themselves. They have their project managers do that. I would highly recommend using this company for your build.

Having remodeled nearly a dozen times over 25+ years my wife and I would have to say our experience with Buster & Cogdell Builders was exceptional. They were timely, responsive, on budget, and most importantly, they were professional in everything they did ... a real pleasure to work with.

We did a major renovation, taking our 1960 house back to the studs. Cooper Cogdell rebuilt it from soup to nuts, raising ceilings, adding space, reconfiguring existing spaces, and putting it all back together with custom cabinetry and all the other finish work that we wanted. It took about 7 months, about what he predicted. He stayed on schedule, and the only slow-ups were from tweaks to a couple of items that we asked for. He was totally professional, accessible, and thorough. He kept his subcontractors focused and managed them all very well. He helped us stay to our budget, and all the components of the job were clearly laid out ahead of time on a line item basis. It was a pleasure to work with him.
