When it finally became time to replace my 26 year old carpet, it only made sense to return to the same carpet store that had given us such excellent service those many years ago. The sales person, Robin, was not only very helpful but also very patient as I made my choice of carpet. The need arose to postpone the installation of the carpet due to some remodeling I was having done. Robin never pressured me which I greatly appreciated. The new carpet is fantastic. The installation went smoothly and professionally. I can't say enough about Butler Floor and will return there when the need arises for new flooring elsewhere in my home!

The installers were very experienced and pleasant. The job was beautiful and completed as promised. We have plans to hire them for another project in April.
