Choosing Brooke to design the remodel of our basement is the best decision my husband and I could have made. I have never hired an interior designer before so I was a bit nervous, but from our first meeting I was put at ease. Brooke listened intently to our needs and ideas, and quickly began to put everything in motion. She captured our style very well and provided us with many material options to choose from. Brooke was very accessible and quickly responded to questions that arose during the project. This experience was very positive and we will definitely use Brooke on any future projects.

We have worked with Brooke on several projects over the past several years including a full kitchen remodel, two office overhauls, a basement conversion to a full gym, and then most recently 3 bathroom remodels. Brooke has an excellent eye for color selection along with leveraging the most up-to-date technical tools that allow the client to get a vision of what each project will look like when it is completed. We did not only use Brooke for just design work, but actually leveraged her as a GC on several projects. She did a great job of holding individual contractors to expected time frames and quality of work. She is a true turn-key solution for any project that you need. She approached each of our projects with a fun energetic attitude that made working with her and her team a true pleasure. Her expert project management skills kept all of our projects during Covid on time and exceeded our expectations. Brooke has designed the remodel of my 30 year old home in Denver and my 20 year old home in Atlanta. She has recreated both places into stunnning but livable spaces that have stayed true to the architectural integrity of their original design and location. When people walk into my home what I hear is "I LOVE this house". Working with Brooke on both projects was, in a word, delightful. She is funny, patient, smart.....but most importantly, CREATIVE. My condo was newly designed by By Brooke Interiors. Brooke, the owner is creative, fun, artsy and overall a great person to work with. She was able to understand my style, flexible and has a great eye for interior decorating. She conforms to any style, and request. We moved into a new house and needed someone to help us make it warm, comfortable and inviting. Brooke came over and conducted a very professional consultation at no charge. She walked through the entire house with us, took notes and asked great questions about our style and preferences. Shortly after that, she provided us with a very detailed slideshow full of ideas that fit our style and our budget. She had heard everything we were saying! Her design ideas and presentation were sophisticated, thorough and exactly what we wanted. Brooke was so patient with us as we made slight changes or asked for additional options. Some of her ideas that initially seemed "risky" turned out to be our favorite aspects of the finished design. Since decorating our home, we have had Brooke come back to help us with an office remodel. She drew up the plans, supervised our visits with a couple of different contractors and facilitated the planning process. When the work was done, our beautiful office looked just like the drawings she had presented us. Brooke's professionalism, creativity, enthusiasm and great personality make her a joy to work with. She also has some very talented contacts when it comes to finding a seamstress for custom decor pieces. I just wish we had more projects to do!!

I have worked with a lot of local interior designers. Most just like to pick out pretty things, and provide little in the way of documentation. Even then, a lot of the designs are banal, and many are recycled ideas used repeatedly throughout projects. Not so with Brooke. Brooke is dedicated, creative, thorough, charismatic, detail-oriented, and just fun. She has a great personality and is easy to work with and her measurements are actually accurate! (Can't be said of most designers). Of all the designers I have worked with in Denver, she is the only one I would recommend thus far.
