It was a pleasure working with my cabinet coach Alyssa Wesner as she was able to understand exactly what I was trying to achieve with my cabinet design. Any changes I needed were addressed in a timely mannor and when I had a few issues when I received the cabinets, the issues were quickly rectified to my satisfaction. I would absolutely recommend the Cabinet Joint (and already have) to my family and friends. The cabinets for two kitchens, two Islands, 6 vanities, 1 bar and 6 closets are absolutely stunning!... and probably 50% less expensive than a high end cabinet company would have charged!

I had a great experience at Cabinet Joint. It was easy working with my cabinet coach to customize my order to my exact specifications. He had some great suggestions for how to accomplish some tricky design features and worked with me to perfect the overall design down to the fraction of an inch. Communication was good overall, although I think the people creating the elevations and isos were not on the same page since those weren't quite right, but the final product turned out perfect. The after order support was good too as I did have a couple of really minor issues that were resolved easily with a couple of calls and emails with my cabinet coach. The quality of the cabinets is excellent, and the installation went very smoothly thanks to all the many terrific online how-to videos that cover practically every aspect of the process from how to receive the shipment to how to put it all together to what to do if something gets damaged. The price was pretty reasonable for what you're getting, and the turn around time was just as estimated. Very happy customer here!

Bob Long made the process of ordering, assembling and troubleshooting a breeze. I would, without reservation recommend this company; the cabinets are flawless and Cabinet Joint's commitment to customer satisfaction matches the quality of their product. The cost of me designing, assembling and installing my quarter sawn oak inset cabinets was less than half the prices I had been quoted by other kitchen designers. The assembly of the cabinets is easy, the measurements are exact. I am proud of my cabinets and grateful that I had the diligence to seek out The Cabinet Joint and Bob Long.

Very pleased with the bathroom vanity ordered from CabinetJoint. High quality materials, easy to assemble, price very reasonable. We got painted MDF for the drawers/doors. The finish has held up well even with 2 young children touching it with dirty hands. Would definitely purchase from them again.

I had a wonderful experience with the cabinet joint. Myson, our rep, was amazing and answered all my questions and even helped me to design a complex custom appliance garage, we ordered cool lift hardware from another site to finish the garage. I was very impressed with the quality of the cabinets when they arrived, so much better than the ones we were looking at at Lowe’s, Home Depot, IKEA and other cabinet retailers (including other RTA places). We loved how they can customize the size of the cabinets to make filler obsolete, so the kitchen looks seamless. I was also nervous about the microwave fitting in the 24” cabinet, even though all the specs said it would fit, so at my request, Myson increased the size of the cabinet to 25” and reduced the size of our other island cabinets to 35.5” to make sure that the total still came out to 96” and that there was more than enough room for the microwave cut out. They were pretty easy/straightforward to put together and install, my husband and I did it all ourselves over a week. The cabinets shipped earlier than expected and were clearly labeled. The price quality value is exceptional. We want to add a bar to our kitchen and I will be calling the Cabinet Joint to order more cabinets as soon as we are ready to start that project. I added a pic of the kitchen when it was almost complete. (Still need to do a few finishing touches like molding)

3/4 of the way through working on the order for my project they ghosted me and didn't respond to my follow up emails. I switched to another company who sells the same product and got much better service for similar pricing. If you don't want your project potentially delayed, go with another supplier.

From my first call and through the design, installation, and project completion the team demonstrated the highest levels of product knowledge and customer service, with prompt assistance via phone and email. The real measure of a company and their people aren't when everything goes smoothly but rather when there are bumps in the road. The CJ team stepped up every time there was an issue, of their doing, my doing or others. The finished product is fantastic, per the compliments we get on our new kitchen. I can't recommend a better partner to have in your corner!

The kit house company we were using went bankrupt in January of 2020. We had spent months working with them on cabinets for the kitchen and built ins for other parts of the house. After they closed their doors, we had to source ALL of our interior material from other suppliers. This not only included cabinets, but also flooring, trim, doors, hardware, etc., etc. Worst of all, they had guaranteed us a price on everything and now this was gone. We had to work as best we could within our budget. All we had were almost complete PDF interior drawings to go from. I found Cabinet Joint online and after careful review and analysis, I decided to give them a call. I spoke to Jim Barton and then sent him the drawings. From the start, the service was excellent! Jim worked closely with me on color, style and even made some very helpful suggestions on the size and placement. I found the pricing to be good given the quality of the product. Due to my location being "close" to the factory, Jim even came down with a local installer to double check the measurements on the PDF drawings. When I was about to place the order, I did a Facetime call with Jim to triple check a few measurements! All of this was done while Covid was raging across the country, and everything was shut down. Jim was very responsive and just hand a number of helpful suggestions that we never would have thought of. He worked with the installer to cover minute details and even spoke to our GC when he had questions. Thinking back to the crazy world situation, it is amazing that Jim and the team did not miss a beat during the process. We could not be happier with the cabinets. Even now, when I have questions, Jim is quick to respond and provide help. People come into our house and think our cabinets are "custom" and must have cost a fortune. I explain that they look custom but are priced like regular cabinets. Every time they are shocked since they look and operate seamlessly. I have recommended Cabinet Joint to many, many of my friends and colleagues.

We bought a whole kitchen and bathroom vanity. White oak (clear) and blue painted island/pantry. We got inset doors, which added little difficulty and probably 6-8 hours. Inset doors are definitely the way to go. Everything is very high quality. Assembly was easy and straight forward, I probably have 20-25 hours to assemble boxes and install/adjust doors. If you can handle Ikea furniture and a nail gun, you will have no problems. We had our contractor hang cabinets & install crown. One opportunity for improvement is, I spent a lot of time sorting out cabinet parts. Some additional stickers or info on what's what would have sped up this process. Also I would avoid any doors requiring 3 hinges as they are very difficult to adjust. Over all, I'm very happy with my choice of thecabinetjoint.com and their product will be my first choice for my next kitchen.

Working with Myson at the Cabinet Joint was terrific! Our kitchen was rather extensive with built-in appliances creating the need for precision. Myson worked with us all the way through, taking our suggestions and making his own; we worked as a team. The quality of the materials was top notch; from the wood, the finish, the prebuilt drawers, the hardware, etc. The many on-line videos were extremely helpful in providing expert assistance in building the cabinets. All questions were answered simply by finding the specific video and watching the step by step process. We highly recommend the Cabinet Joint and have done so on several occasions.

CJ provided excellent support from design to ordering to troubelshooting. This is the second kitchen project we have completed with CJ and this time in the middle of Covid they made sure that information was transmitted in a professional and considerate way.
