After getting estimates from 4 different companies (2 small, 2 big box), we evaluated the products and numbers. Although Don was slightly higher than the others, we felt that he was more receptive to our wants/needs and was more knowledgeable about the products and processes. Don was able to work with us on the overall specifications to bring the cost down some and we proceeded with placing our order. Don came onsite the delivery and installation dates to ensure everything was moving forward without complications. The communication was great, Tim the installer was efficient and clean, and the product is beautiful. We also used Don's recommendation for the countertop and are very pleased with how the kitchen turned out. Once we install the backsplash, I'd be happy to share some photographs of the completed job.

I hired Don and The Cabinet Place of Tampa Bay after interviewing 4 local cabinet companies. The companies ranged from cheap to absurdly expensive, with Don coming in on the more affordable range. I chose Don and his team because I felt like he understood my project and the unique dimensions I had to work with. Additionally, I also felt confident that Don would see my project through from start to finish, and he did. Don obtained the precise measurements of my kitchen remodel and even accounted for a not-so-sightly floor safe that I didn't want to remove. Don was there when the cabinets were delivered. He was there when the contractor started framing the new kitchen and coordinated with the GC to make sure the layout was correct. Don was there when the cabinets were installed and he was there at the completion of the miscellaneous items at the end of any project. I'm a fairly OCD person and all of the project workers had the uncomfortable circumstance of the homeowner being home (lockdown) while they worked. Don was a pleasure to work with and I am confident I made the right choice using The Cabinet Place of Tampa Bay.

He listened carefully to what we wanted for a new build beach residence and offered excellent suggestions. He is accessible and responds promptly to inquiries. Don is amazing! He seriously bailed us out in a project with a different contractor six years ago, at the 11th hour, and saved our kitchen. That's why we sought him out for our cabinets (kitchen and baths) with an extensive remodel of our "new" (circa 1957) home. He listened to us and prepared designs that were impeccable. His cabinets are superior and installation was speedy and conscientious. We highly recommend him!

Denise and I were involved in a Condo Fire and the kitchen had to be completely replaced. We met up with Don and he immediately gave us many ideas, He made Suggestions and worked with us to design a Kitchen to best utilize the space. He was very responsive to all questions and sent plans very quickly for our review. We have Medallion Cabinets in our primary home and know the quality of the cabinets but they are only as good as the company distributed them and installing them. With that said we purchased the cabinets with a 6-8 week delivery and they came in on time as expected and promised. The challenge for us was the contractor on the restoration was way behind on his promise of a completion date. Don went out of his way to find a storage facility and worked with us for the next 5 months before the condo was ready for the cabinet install. Done worked with Me and had a lot of empathy for what we been going through. We finally had an install date of March 25th and his installers came in and did a fantastic job. The install went perfectly as all measurements were spot on . Don, came over the next day to go over the install with us. I recommend Kitchens by Don Miller to anyone looking for a beautiful Kitchen and great service and cares for the customer. I never felt like I was just a client but a friend working with Don. Don is an excellent kitchen designer and his pricing is very competitive with the other vendors we interviewed. We have engaged Don on two new home construction projects and have been pleased each time. His attention to detail and follow-up on even the smallest of issues shows how dedicated he is to providing an excellent end-product. Our only regret is that we did not bring him into the process prior to finalizing our blueprints. We are about to undertake a remodeling project for an older home and will be using Don again. We highly recommend Don!

Both of our kitchens turned out fabulous. We have renovated kitchens before but never had a brand knew kitchen to design from scratch and in all honestly we had no clue what we wanted. Our main kitchen was a large project and the guest suite was smaller but required expertise to make use of all available space. Don helped us thru each step. He took the time to get to know our likes, dislikes, needs and wish list. We highly recommend his services.
