Woodworks was suggested to us by friends who had a beautiful basement remodel done, and it was a great recommendation. We have had 2 significant projects done in the last 2 years and couldn't be happier. Last year we did a full remodel of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor of our 1950's cape and this year we did a partial remodel of our first floor kitchen and den. Throughout both processes Charlie was a great partner, listening to our ideas and coming up with plans, but perhaps more importantly, being flexible when those plans changed. It's a complicated process and having someone work WITH you is incredibly important. He has a great team who took pride in what they did and all aspects came together under Charlie's direction. 110% recommended

Charlie is incredible! We moved into a new house and wanted to have our basement finished. Charlie gave us a reasonable quote and turned our unfinished basement into a beautiful living area. The basement is about 900 sq feet. He gave us a cozy family room with a built-in entertainment space on the wall, built a custom bar, a playroom for the kids and also a huge bathroom. We have been spending all of our free time down there. It is a perfect space for the kids now as well as a nice adult space. Charlie has wonderful sub-contractors that installed our electrical, plumbing, flooring and paint. After our basement was completed, we continued working with Charlie and had him design and build a custom coat closet for our mudroom, hang a 200lb, 76" mirror and help us with other odds and ends around the house. Not only would we hire Mr. Charlie again and again, but he has become a part of our family. We trust him whole-heartedly and we're always impressed his skills, design capability and work ethic. He's simply a great guy and you'll be extremely pleased if you hire him for any project big or small.

Charlie Adcock of WoodWorks Construction remodeled my kitchen and two bathrooms and it all looks great! The project involved demolishing the existing spaces and replacing/updating the flooring, electrical, plumbing and cabinetry/tile. The work was done within the estimated time frame and budget. We hired Charlie Adcock and Woodworks Construction to finish our basement into a 3/4 bathroom, home gym and office space this past fall. The job was not small and had many moving parts to get it done even in the midst of the pandemic. Charlie and ALL his contractors worked with us through every detail to give us the finished product that exceeded expectations. I ask LOTS of questions and Charlie answered them all so we could be sure we were satisfied. He was timely, efficient, and clean!! Charlie cared deeply that we were happy every step along the way. AND he delivered as projected, before the holidays!!!! We could not have asked for a better experience from initial meeting to get an estimate to final punch list. We would hire Charlie Adcock and Woodworks Construction again for any other home renovation project without a second thought.

Normally we are do-it-yourselfers, so it wasn't easy to relinquish the control of our project to someone else. After much searching, we decided to hire Woodworks Construction and Charlie. He was a true professional in every way. He took pride in his work and left the worksite neat and swept every day. Our small addition, new kitchen, and hardwood floor installation looks great! Charlie's subcontractors were among the best and have worked with him for years. They came when needed as the project progressed so that it was completed in a timely fashion. Charlie made himself available for appliance deliveries to be sure that the floors weren't damaged during installation. Charlie is a person of high integrity and dependability. We feel that we've made a friend in him and would call upon him again in the future without hesitation.

Double-bathroom remodel - summer 2020! Charlie was excellent and we are so glad we hired him as a GC. He kept us updated daily and kept the site clean. He was on top of every sub contractor and they all did excellent work - the end result was fantastic! We learned a lot as first time remodelers and Charlie was very patient working with us. We highly recommend him and would definitely use him again!

Charlie was outstanding in every way. From his knowledge in preplanning all the way to the finished product Charlie's work was meticulous and amazing. HIs attention to detail, creative recommendations and final project have made us very happy customers. Charlie is a consummate professional!!

Charlie did a terrific job with our kitchen remodel. He was patient and diligent when faced with unexpected challenges, and he collaborated seamlessly with the countertop installer, electrician, painter, etc. He came back weeks after the last check was paid to make some additional hardware adjustments after we had been using the kitchen. That last step was much appreciated, and is a good example of his excellent customer service.

Charlie does fantastic work! We hired Charlie to remodel our kitchen and dining room. The project required removing walls, plumbing electrical, plaster, counter tops, flooring and cabinetry. Three qualities stood out during the project. (1) Excellent communication and timeliness regarding the project schedule and duration. (2) Very well managed (and clean) work site, which was left spotless each evening. (3) A very responsive group of sub-trades who allowed the project to wrap-up ahead of schedule. There were no disappointments, and I will for sure have Charlie back when we get ready to do more work on the house!

Charlie recently completed a project where we replaced our kitchen cabinets and countertops, had wood floors refinished and the space painted. He was fabulous to work with and is one of the most responsive and responsible contractors we've ever used. He was highly recommended by a friend and most deserving of the recommendation. His finish work is very professional. He also has a terrific group of subcontractors which is key. He has worked with them for a long time and they clearly respect him. Each showed up exactly when he said they would and did top notch work. Charlie worked hard to coordinate the different facets of the project and to minimize the disruption. He and the subs were also very neat - we had minimal dust throughout the entire project! Charlie has a lot of integrity and high standards that he applies to his work. We highly recommend working with him.

We are so happy with our new kitchen! Charlie and his crew did a great job! Charlie is a contractor that you want to work with. He is kind, respectful, thorough, understanding, honest, trustworthy, and has a great attention to detail. He works well with time management. His crew also shares these qualities. We look forward to working with Charlie and his team in the near future.

Charlie and his contractors did an excellent job doing major renovations on our Cape house. The kitchen, one full and one half bathroom, living room, dining room, den and stairway to second floor came out excellent!
