Lori's personalized service is exactly what we were looking for - I'm so glad we found her! Her dedication and work ethic are second to none. Before we hired her, she took the time to come by the house to discuss areas of concerns and to ensure we were happy with the cleaning plan. Even to this day, Lori continues to check in with us to ensure there are no new requests, which I really appreciate. Lori cleans our home weekly and, every time I walk through the door, I can tell that she accepts nothing less than exceptional work from herself. You might think that having a cleaning lady come weekly would result in that individual running out of things to do or just skipping out early. Not Lori!! - when time permits, she looks around and then goes above and beyond any of the items we've discussed. She even deep-cleaned the grill portion of our stove, which I had been dreading doing because it was such a mess. If you don't want to be just another address on a big cleaning services list, then definitely hire Lori!
