Campania International

I purchased a Sabine Blue Pearl planter through a retailer and it shipped directly from Capania. It looks nothing like the product photo on their website. Customer service would only say I need to contact my retailer. No concern for quality control? Would not even provide an email address to upload my photo to comment whether there is a difference.
