We had the wood floors on the first floor of our 1910 house sanded and refinished by C&R flooring. We are extremely pleased with the results! The floors look amazing. They sanded enough to get most of the marks out but didn't overdo it on some deeper marks - just hit it perfectly. It is truly dustless; we did not take things off open shelves and had no dust. They suggested doing the work in 2 phases, so we were able to just move our furniture within the house. They showed up exactly when they said they would and finished on time. I know that we will use them again if/when we need work on the floors. Very responsive to our questions, too.

I highly recommend C&R. My antique home (1847) has a variety of types of old wood floors which had been neglected for decades. They made them look beautiful. They went above and beyond and assisted with patching a section of damaged flooring, even taking the time to blend the wood with stain to match. A+, will hire again.
