I loved my kitchen before & was nervous about changing but everyone at Kitchen Tech assured me that it would be BEAUTIFUL & it is. They took the time to see what we wanted. All the contractors that came are top notch & were respectable of our home. We plan on using them for other projects !!!

Christine was a pleasure to work with. Her design for our kitchen was perfect for the footprint that she had to work with, and she kept us within our budget. Her attention to the smallest product details provided us with everything we expected and more. Five stars for customer service from a distance, we live in Maryland!!

Christine DeVries was the best person we could of asked for to help us plan our new kitchen. We have a home that is over 100 years old and we gutted the kitchen, barn, bathroom and Chris was there every step of the way to help pick out colors, cabinets, and hardware for the kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. There were definitely periods of time that Paul thought he had another wife. I called him often and he always answered and we talked through my crazy thoughts and plans for my new kitchen. We were working together with 1000 miles between us and we made a lovely kitchen with some great ideas coming from his team. Would highly recommend Paul and his crew to anyone looking to create a beautiful kitchen.

Paul and the entire Kitchen Tech team was great to work with on our kitchenette project for our airport hangar. We are very pleased with the cabinets, counter, sink hardware (Kohler), and under cabinet lighting. It all came together nicely!

We can not say enough about Kitchen Tech. The moment we walked into the showroom and met Paul, Susan and Lori, we knew we wanted them to do our renovation. Their enthusiasm, knowledge and selection of products, made this giant task a lot less overwhelming. The care they took in the job, showed us we were in good hands. I worked with Kitchen Tech to redo two of my bathrooms. Paul and Susan are a great team who helped my make my outdated bathrooms look timeless and elegant. Susan is a great designer and brought up many interesting color choices that I never would of thought of using, but looked amazing. My wife and I had an idea of what we wanted, but they really helped make our vision come to life. I was able to do one in store meeting, and the rest of our contact was through facetime and phone calls. Susan and Paul were so accommodating to our distance issue. Even with having to do multiple face-time phone calls, they were patient and helpful. The JSI cabinets and new quartz tops were delivered on time. Our contractor was very impressed with the quality of the products, especially with him knowing our budget. Paul was always available to answer any of my questions. He also helped think up innovative ways to stay on budget without sacrificing any of the aesthetics. Based on my experience, I recommend Kitchen Tech to anyone looking to do a small or large project. Their quality of work, level of service and superior products helps them be the best at remodeling. I will be doing my kitchen over in a few years, and I definitely will be using Kitchen Tech.

We rate our experience a 5. We have worked with Paul at Kitchen Tech in the complete renovation of kitchens and bathrooms in two apartments in a two year period. From start to finish we found Paul and his team to be professional and responsive. Our calls were returned promptly and contractors arrived on schedule. Each time, during the planning phase we were offered a variety of choices and given advice on quality and durability of the products we were purchasing. At the work site everything was done as stated and in a timely manner. In one instance, the incorrect connection had been installed for the kitchen range. One call was all that was needed to have the electrician back and the situation rectified. We were very pleased with our working relationship with Kitchen Tech and highly recommend them.

Our experience with Kitchen Tech was very positive. The work performed was a large, complicated overhaul of an entire first floor. Specific details included the complete gutting of two bathrooms and the kitchen, enlarged/replaced windows, removal of load bearing walls, insertion of a large beam in the attic and load support from the beam to the basement floor. Every square inch of ceiling, wall trim and floor was replaced or renovated as were exterior doors. From the start, Paul and Susan worked with us on the overall plan, layout and specifics of the design and material choices. There were plenty of challenges along the way, including a very difficult winter, but Kitchen Tech and its family of craftsmen persevered. Though we were not living in the home throughout the renovation, we made our share of visits. During those visits, we got to know many of the contractors. They are - without exception - talented, meticulous, accommodating (lots of questions!) and in general, a great bunch of guys. We are thrilled with our final product and highly recommend Kitchen Tech for your remodeling needs.

My husband and I had a tight timeline when we decided we wanted to renovate the house we purchased. We met with Steve A. who spent a considerable amount of time with us on our first meeting. He assured us we could get everything done in timeline, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We were able to pick out the details of everything we wanted, and are happy with the quality of the products we chose. Steve went over all of the plans with us to ensure we were fully satisfied before the project began. Our project started in the early spring, and there were several storms that caused the entire town to be out of power and left workers unable to come and work. Taking this into consideration, the entire house renovation finished only 2 days late WITH us adding on a couple of things we didn't originally put into the plans. All of the workers were very professional, friendly and did great work. Steve was in constant communication with us and the contractors, which we appreciated. I know we weren't their only customers, but they made us feel as if we were. As mentioned, we did an entire house renovation. At the end of the project there were a couple tiny things that needed tweaking, and Paul (Owner) made sure that contractors got back in to make sure everything was working the way it should be. Everyone who comes over comments on how beautiful our house is and how impressed they are with the transformation. We had a great experience with Kitchen Tech, and definitely recommend their services.

We had come up with our own design for the new kitchen addition. I wasn't super excited about it and our GC suggested we see kitchen experts. One of the names he gave us was "Kitchen Tech". I met with Susan first and she was fabulous ! Paul and Susan came to our house, measured and completely re-designed the kitchen. I loved it! Susan gave me great advice on cabinets, countertops, flooring, right down to the knobs and pulls! The finished kitchen is like a dream come true! We've gotten so many compliments from friends and family. I love to entertain, and now am so proud to have guests over. Thank you Susan and Paul!!!

We were quite pleased with Kitchen Tech. They were very helpful in choosing the design and also working to fit in our needs. Their scheduling of work and the contractors they used went seemlessing. There was never any confusion or delays. They were right on top of any issues that came up and resolved them quickly and to our satisfaction. They have also been good about checking in on how things are going even after being done for months. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to do some Kitchen remodel.

Susan and Paul at Kitchen Tech provided excellent assistance to me when I was preparing to install cabinetry in the dinning room. Their design flair, guidance and expertise were instrumental in executing the project just as I had envisioned it. The quality and workmanship on the cabinetry is exceptional. I am thrilled with the outcome and have received so many complements on the project. Based on that first experience with Susan and Paul, I have returned to Kitchen Tech to completely renovate my townhouse kitchen. The design phase is completed and once again, I was very impressed with their quick interpretation of the clean, ‘edgy’, vision I have for the kitchen. The installation is scheduled for the fall. My wife and I recently renovated our kitchen with Kitchen Tech. I must say from the first meeting in the showroom to the last piece of hardware on the cabinets, this renovation was exceptional. We had new TSG cabinetry installed, quartz countertops, new sink and faucet and a gorgeous glass backsplash. The showroom staff was patient and helpful picking out all the materials necessary for the renovation. They were very knowledgeable about product choices and made the session easy and fun. Within two meetings, we knew who would be coming and when. As Susan explained nothing would begin until she had everything on site to avoid any delays. There were no delays and the process ran like a well-oiled machine. The cabinet installers, granite installers, plumbers, electricians and tile specialists were efficient and clean. They arrived on time and left my home clean at the end of the day. We were informed every day of the process and knew the schedule ahead of time. Through the process questions were answered immediately and my wife and I felt that the entire crew was very respectful of our home and time. I would highly recommend Kitchen Tech to anyone. This was truly 10 out of 10 with absolutely no complaints. Thank you Kitchen Tech for making our kitchen so very special. It is exactly what we wanted.

The moment Paul walked into my old kitchen and I listened to his ideas and watched him carefully take measurements and come up with better flowing workspace I knew I had contacted the correct person. This professionalism continued during the whole project including all the tradesmen and vendors that he recommended. Susan was also a tremendous addition to the design and implementation team. I was not present during this project as it is a second home but the communication and updates during the project were timely and detailed. Our kitchen was 40 years old and in dire need of a remodel. I was tasked with finding the professionals and did some research. After consideration we chose Kitchen Tech to bring us our new kitchen. It was a big project as everything from ceiling to floor was removed from the kitchen, much of the living room (including windows), half bath, and laundry room. Paul and Susan kept us informed each step of the way and were patient with our questions and concerns. There are so many choices as far as materials, colors, fixtures, etc., it's quite overwhelming. With Susan and Paul's guidance we were able to narrow down the selections and choose what we liked best. Vern and the crew did a great job and wrapped up each day by tidying up. We were very impressed with the attention to detail. We have a beautiful, functional kitchen that we enjoy every day. It's been fun to entertain guests and be proud of our dream kitchen. The only down side is we have so much more storage, I am still trying to figure out where to put things. I think I need a map .

When we started thinking about redesigning our kitchen we did so with dread remembering all of the stories we had been told by others who had "gone through" the drama of waiting months for the job to be done, the wrong cabinets delivered, poor workmanship, etc etc, etc. When we began discussions with Kitchen Tech about redesigning our kitchen we had no idea how smooth the process would be. What we did realize almost immediately was how wonderful, talented, caring and professional both Paul and Susan were. Susan and Paul both came out to look at the kitchen and we shared ideas. Thankfully, at times, they gently convinced me to do something differenly than I had envisioned. I say thankfully, because every change they convinced me to make made my kitchen more beautiful and efficient. We are average people with a less than average budget. At every step of the process Paul and Susan made recommendations that would be cost effective. They worked with us to stay within our budget but still have the kitchen of our dreams. They took care of every detail. After the job was complete, they sent over a cleaning crew to clean my house, wipe out all of the cupboards etc. They were wonderful. They also sent a very beautiful and very large flower arrangement. Now seriously - does it get any better than that???? The team; plumbers, electricians, carpenters, cleaning crew etc were just as professional and talented as Paul and Susan. They arrived when they promised, did the work, and cleaned up. They all worked efficiently, not wasting any time. Their work was beautiful and was done very quickly with high quality workmanship. It is now two years later and we are still ecstatic about our kitchen. As with any large job there were of course little details that needed to be dealt with after the fact. Nothing big - just a drawer that does not shut properly, a knob that is loose etc. Paul and Susan are amazingly responsive to anything that we want looked at even a year later. Literally, people walk into my kitchen and the beauty takes their breath away. In addition to being beautiful it is so easy to work in - - cooking is a joy. We LOVE it and we LOVE Kitchen Tech. There are not enough words to express how great they are and how grateful I am to have found them. I have already recommended them to friends of ours who saw the kitchen and wanted one just like it. We hired Kitchen Tech to renovate our beautiful kitchen. The entire renovation included the installation of a six foot window, new tile floors, new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops and a removal of a wall. I can't say enough about the good experience we had with them. Paul and his staff are amazing to work with. Susan was always very pleasant and extremely patient with my numerous phone calls. I want to start off this recommendation saying that I would do it all again in a heartbeat. I began two large projects with Kitchen Tech. Both were done at the same time. The project included a my master bathroom suite and a new kitchen for my family home. I had so many ideas and thoughts of what I wanted for both spaces. I could not believe they could organize all of them and insure that I got everything and more. This wasn’t a small project. Windows needed to be replaced in the upstairs bath, hallway and some of the bedrooms. Sliders were on the list too. I wanted to reorganize my bedroom closet and also increase the size of my bathroom so that I would be able to have a much larger bathroom. However, I didn’t want to lose any storage space in the closet area. It sounds crazy but they did it. A great soaking tub, private tiled custom shower for my husband, gorgeous shelved vanity and an exceptional amount of storage space for all my clothes. Kitchen Tech even designed a special shoe cabinet for me. In the kitchen, the back wall of the house needed to be remodeled inside and out. There were problems with the windows and the actual outside wall of the kitchen. I wanted a very large island to seat guests, a large family or for a buffet. They designed a beautiful u shaped island with a downdraft stove. When I am cooking, I can actually engage everyone sitting at the island. It was amazing how the spaces were transformed. Kitchen Tech partnered with Cox Construction to make my dreams a reality. We all seemed to become friends. Coffee in the morning and then off to work for a full day. One of the installers would actually let my dog out if I wasn’t home. Everyone was so professional and respectful of our home and our privacy. This was amazing. I would rate them a 5 out of 5. It was a pleasure to work with them. I can’t recommend them enough. Again, I would do it all again in a heartbeat!!! In fact, my plans are to have them renovate the other bathrooms in the house soon.

We hired Kitchen Tech to remodel our kitchen. Paul, the owner, came over to our condo and asked us several questions. He came up with some great suggestions. ( Ones that his competitors didn't.) Once we decided on a layout and a start date the work was seamless and on budget. . Removal of the old cabinets and appliances, updating and adding ceiling lights and outlets, plumbing, installation of the new cabinets, appliances, under cabinet lights and granite counters. Susan took care of coordinating the work crews. They were neat and professional and best of all completed within two weeks. We are very happy with the results. I finally have the kitchen I wanted thanks to Kitchen Tech.

We're still amazed that a complete condo rehab/remodel was totally stress free, all due to the efforts of KitchenTech and their crews. The materials used are first class, the workmanship is outstanding, and the customer service is without equal. We are thrilled with our "new" condo and have enjoyed working with Paul, Susan and all their contractors. Kitchen Tech designed and installed our cabinets this past August, 2015. From day 1, Susan & Paul were extremely helpful & informative with the entire process. They helped us pick the cabinets that were in our price range and we never felt like we were settling . We went with JSI cabinetry and the quality is impeccable. They were very communicative through the entire process and offered much of their expertise but truly listened to our vision and desires. We will forever be grateful to Kitchen Tech for making our kitchen redo go so smoothly and for creating the kitchen of our dreams. We love all the cabinets, hardware, features and granite and Susan even gave us tips on the best new appliances to look for. We feel as though our experience was very personal, much more so than what we would have received with a larger company and they were also very detailed and reliable. We will go back to Kitchen Tech when it is time to remodel the bathrooms!!

Kitchen Tech completely replaced the kitchen and remodeled the bathroom in our vacation home. I am rating them with the highest level of satisfaction, 5 stars. Paul Decot and Susan Varkas managed the entire project from start to finish with great professionalism and great attention to detail. The work was done on a small older home in Cape Cod which had not been updated in some time. At the first visit from Paul, he explained a design vision of the possibilities that he could offer. He was considerate of our budgetary challenges. He paid close attention to the things that were important to us, and on our “Wish List” and was able to incorporate all of these items into the final design. Susan was in constant contact with us, especially important since we reside in CT. Her suggestions for cabinetry, hardware and appliances were excellent and enabled us to stay within budget. The work started and finished on time and we are completely delighted with the transformation from a small dark kitchen to a bright,spacious and efficient kitchen and workspace. In addition, the installation of beadboard , a granite sink, new vanity and cabinet has made the small bathroom seem so much more spacious and bright.

This is to recommend Kitchen Tech for an excellent job ( rating 10) of remodeling our kitchen with granite counter tops, new floor cabinets, and lighting fixtures. We have been very pleased with the vast improvements in appearance and functionality of our kitchen.

After our kitchen and bath re-modeler declared bankruptcy leaving our three bathroom project unfinished, we hired Kitchen Tech to complete the renovation work. This work involved removing an old vanity, disconnecting the old plumbing, laying new bathroom floor tiles, installing two new vanities, connecting the new sinks and installing faucets, building and staining a custom vanity top extension, and mounting mirrors, toilet paper holders, and towel racks. All work was performed in a timely and very professional manner. Their staff, plumbers, and carpenters were very helpful in making the dozens of decisions that accompany a remodeling effort of this size. Our three new bathrooms are a joy to use every day thanks to Kitchen Tech! We were so delighted with their bathroom efforts that we expanded the work to include replacing our old kitchen island. Again, they did a wonderful job. Without hesitation, we strongly recommend Kitchen Tech for any kitchen and bathroom renovation work one might consider.

I had my kitchen and full bathroom updated/remodeled by Kitchen Tech in 2013. The entire staff was wonderful to work with. The job was done on time and in a professional manner. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, proficient, responsive and a real pleasure to work with. I particularly liked the fact that they did not start the job until all of the necessary stock was in, so there would be no delays. I have nothing but positive comments regarding Kitchen Tech.

Kitchen Tech is fabulous. From the design process to my final kitchen, each step was a pleasure. Paul and Susan asked me pointed questions about what I wanted in my kitchen. They even asked about the number of people in my family and if I like to entertain. The kitchen design is so efficient and the new island is the perfect center of our family life. They even replaced my coat closet with a great pantry. Their team of installers was professional and clean. They removed my cabinets and all the debris was gone the same day. The next day under cabinet lighting and the cabinets were installed. The granite installer was there soon after to template the area and within a short amount of time installed. Plumbers came in right after!!! Scheduling was amazing. Construction can be a real pain. This was the easiest project I have done in my home. I would highly recommend them to all. They have great prices, nice additions like pantries, door mount trash and great selections of knobs and pulls to choose from. The showroom has a really nice feel and in no time I had my dream kitchen.

By far, the most cohesive and knowledgeable team was Sandwich's Kitchen Tech and the Cox Construction Company. They have been working successfully in the Cape and Islands area, and Plymouth area for over 30 years. The combined expertise of their staffs and knowing that they had a long track record together, spoke volumes about their success and honesty. Paul, Susan, Tom and Eric prepared us for what would happen every step of the way and spent hours with us designing plans, choosing materials and installing and building. They coordinated all necessary tradesmen and the timely delivery of all materials. Everyone was very considerate of our neighbors with necessary vehicle logistics throughout the project and cleaned up neatly before leaving each day! The top quality of Paul's and Tom's crews was matched by the the products used. They always accommodated changes we wanted and often made new suggestions as our new kitchen began to unfold. As a homeowner, we never felt that anyone was rushing or compromising any part of the project to get the job done faster. They consulted with us daily. It is fair to say that their work, beginning to end, exemplified excellence in every way and an amazing pride in their craft. Our new kitchen would never have turned out so beautiful without the patience, guidance and combined expertise of these wonderful professionals. We cannot thank them enough !
