MSW Properties

I've hired this company to build two homes for me. One a personal second home and one a spec home. Young, energetic and very perosnable as well as professional. Their contractors are top notch professionals who propose viable solutions to problems rather than doing what's easiest for them. Design features include moving windows after initial framing to maximize views and privacy. Nobody else does this.

Working with Mike from White Sands Coastal Development Company on the current project--a new three story beach home--is always a good experience in that his priorities are straight: utilize the space and style so there is an easy-living flow, maximize and display every ocean view, stay on budget, come up with innovative creative solutions and treat this home as if it were their own. They are problem solvers not problem makers and they are honest, detail oriented, respectful and yet have non-pretentious communication skills. There is the added benefit of young, technically savy mindsets.
