We had a complete kitchen remodel where everything was gutted & replaced. We removed a wall & installed a beam & created an open concept kitchen. Cardigan provided excellent service from Cabinet selection, countertop, faucet, backsplash tile & everything down to the cabinet hardware. Drywall work, electrical work, plumbing work, etc. Working staff were all friendly & a great hard-working team. They did everything on schedule even though we had a few rough snow days. They communicated everything, cleaned up after themselves each day and always asked if everything was clean enough before they left each day. The kitchen turned out beautiful! We couldn't have asked for anything better. Kim & Jim were both so helpful and informative and explained the whole process & schedule. This was a great experience.

Jim, our designer, listened attentively to our requirements and incorporated them into the master bath shower and floor replacement design. In addition, we contracted with them on the replacement of our kitchen countertops and sink, and Kim’s design suggestions for the shower tile, flooring, countertops and hardware seamlessly integrated the elements. The installation team was a pleasure to work with. Their professionalism and expertise were evident in their work, and they took great care to ensure that the job site was clean and organized before leaving each day. The Cardigan team designed and installed renovations in our kitchen and master bath that totally transformed the appearances of those rooms. The "Wow factor" they created is incredible! All phases of their work was completed as scheduled and were right on budget. Their technicians were professional, courteous and efficient. You know, the kind of people we were comfortable having in our home. Cardigan even took the extra time to coordinate appliance deliveries with an outside vendor. Both Kim and Jim inspected the final product to make sure we were completely satisfied and the quality of the workmanship met their requirements and our expectations. Jim worked with me to develop an estimate for a bathroom renovation. He has a very nice professional manner and made many helpful suggestions for design and materials for the renovation. I had a master bathroom remodeled and every step of the process was pleasant. They came to my home and took measurements which was super convenient for me. I only went to the showroom to view my designs and received personalized service. The installer was highly skilled and did a very professional job. Excellent workmanship and quality products at a very good price. I'm having them remodel my guest bathroom and kitchen next. I've already recommended them to my friends!

Installed new Kitchen countertops, undermount sink, new faucet and drinking water filtration system. They also fixed a minor plumbing issue associated with our whole house humidifier. Everyone involved from beginning to end was courteous, prompt, professional and knowledgeable.

Cardigan completed our bathroom shower on time. All their personnel were professional and they were especially careful in putting down canvas, protecting our oak flooring. Their tile and plumbers did exceptional work. I couldn't be more pleased..although I might of searched and saved a few bucks..believe me their end product is well worth a couple dollars more and they are very reasonable--the old adage you get what you pay for applies to Cardigan ten fold.

From the first morning to the end of the job 9 working days in all, every member of the Cardigan team did his job with courtesy toward us and friendly smiles. Our old bathroom disappeared all the way down to the house frame and subflooring. My questions were answered about their arrival time each day and they were almost perfect with being on time. Well organized company, always on time. The quality of the work is also excellent. We had our kitchen layout and they suggested some great low-cost ideas. The only cost changes were due to changes we made. Schedule never changed from the original date. I would recommend this company for a kitchen remodel.

Very pleased with the Bathroom renovation done by CARDIGAN KITCHENS AND BATHS. I would recommend them to anyone (already have). First,they were very helpful with the design and with the selection of materials and colors used. Then they established a schedule and stuck to it. The only exception was caused by a supplier and CARDIGAN expidited the solution. During the renovation they were extremely considerate of the homeowner, very polite, and explained everything as it progressed. Their workmanship was excellent, approaching perfection in all that was done, paying attention to detail thus preventing future problems. They were careful to place tarps down to protect the carpet from tracking as they went from the worksite to their truck. They picked up everything, including the tarps, at the end of each workday and left their workspace CLEAN - often cleaning several times during the day.

Cardigan has done a wonderful job with the renovation of our master bathroom! All work was completed on time according to the schedule at a very reasonable price. The new "Wedi" system looked very impressive as it was being installed. The manufacturer actually warrants the system for 10 years. The tile work is beautiful. Cardigan is a very professional company with Jim Schultz and his sister, Kim, at the helm. Cardigan has excellent, hard-working employees who do great work. We are so glad to have found them. The job was worth every penny that we paid. This company does professional, custom renovations to your kitchen or bathroom with high quality materials. We couldn't be happier with their workmanship.

Cardigan did a complete remodel of a family bathroom. From start to finish the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Kim in particular was very helpful in the selection of tile, flooring, cabinets, lighting, and fixtures. She gave us a schedule of the project and keep in touch regularly to ensure all was running smoothly. All the crew was good. Robbie in particular was easy and pleasant to work with. Started on time. Finished on time. Finished on budget. Laid down runners from the front door to the project area everyday to minimize mess. Cleaned up the project area everyday. Communicated their daily goals and then met them or explained why and made up for it the next day. Very responsive with phone calls. They were very patient with my wife during the design phase.

Cardigan Kitchens & Baths provided plumbing and tiling services in the renovation of two bathrooms in my home. Jim Shultz assisted me in designing the renovation, selecting finishes and providing excellent detailed guidance on coordination of floors, walls and cabinetry. The Cardigan plumbing team gutted the bathrooms, cleanly and quickly preparing the rooms for new work. The Cardigan tile man installed new 18" tile flooring in both baths and left the rooms ready for cabinets and wall tiles. The office manager Kim kept the project on schedule and kept me informed of each upcoming phases of the job. The final product is a successful, professional job, worth the wait, thanks to Cardigan.

After two leaky pipes virtually destroyed our bathroom and kitchen, Cardigan came in and reviewed the damage and gave us an estimate for the repairs. Their estimate was very reasonable compared to others offered. Cardigan came in and started the repairs as soon as they could acquire the parts necessary. They were extremely cooperative in working with us to select colors and styles. We had to repair the kitchen floor, which they did not do, and they worked closely with the floor representative to help select the matching style and in scheduling and coordinating the installation. Their employees were respectful, friendly, careful and efficient. We never felt imposed upon by their presence in our home. They cleaned up after each days work. Their pricing was clear from the beginning and was never increased for any reason. They charged what they said they would. We highly recommend them to anyone desiring Kitchen and bathroom remodeling. We recently had a pipe spring a leak inside the wall of our house. It damaged the ceiling and it ruined the floor in a downstairs foyer. In addition, we were planning to split a large downstairs room so our grandson and son could move into the house. The leak was our first concern and we reached out to Cardigan because they had done numerous jobs in our house and we were always pleased with their work. They responded quickly and found the leak, repaired the pipe, and gave us a reasonable estimate to replace the floor. While they were here I mentioned the need for a new room for my grandson. I asked if they could do that for us. They said they could and provided an estimate. We immediately accepted and they scheduled the work for the following week. As part of the project, they enclosed a new room with dry-wall on 2 sides, built 2 closets, added 2 doors, and completed the work within our time frame. The technicians were extremely professional and polite. We were more than pleased with their work. I should add that we chose Cardigan 13 years ago to re-do all 3 bathrooms in the house. They still look new to us. We also chose them to build an office with hanging book shelves and glass-encased cabinets for awards and knick-knacks. (It is my favorite place in the house.) Finally, we had them also do work in our kitchen and to add new floors in the kitchen, office, downstairs foyer, and the big downstairs room. You might say our house has been Cardiganized! We would recommend this company to anyone.

A friend of mine recommended Cardigan Kitchens and Baths to me when I mentioned that I needed to have a custom bookcase (shelves and cabinets) installed in my home. I had been searching for a contractor or tradesman for a while and was happy to receive the information about Cardigan. Jim and Kim sat with me, listened to my requests and plans and created a 3D rendering of my design. Jim was able to take the vision that I had in my mind and put it into a drawing/rendering and it was perfect! The scheduling of the actual installation was very simple and the workman showed up exactly on time and did the job in even less time that was expected. I LOVE my new cherry built in bookshelves! They work that was done was excellent and even though there was a small problem with ordering the final door for the cabinet, Kim kept me informed of the timing re-ordered door and then easily scheduled for the placement/hanging of the final door. I would absolutely use Cardigan again for work done in my home and would recommend them to others as well. A wonderful family owned business and it was obvious that they have a great deal of experience in home improvement projects and project management. They made the process painless and practically effortless!
