I can't speak highly enough of the work done by Carmel Kitchens & Baths! I had a tired, outdated 70's kitchen in my house that not only looked sad, but really didn't function. Julie at Carmel K & B designed a new kitchen for me that is a much better use of space, is highly functional, and looks fabulous. In fact, the kitchen remodel led to an entire house remodel that Julie also worked on - a den and 2 bathrooms. Not only did Julie design the rooms in terms of layout, she also helped with the decorating and acted as a project manager. My cabinets purchased through Carmel K&B are great, and were "right" for my house - not over designed or over-spent. But the design work and the project management was what really made this entire project smooth, beautiful, and as stress-free as a remodel can be! I highly recommend this business, and particularly Julie, and would use them again.

When I wanted to remodel my kitchen, my contractor recommended Gary Courtright at Carmel Kitchen & Baths as the only company to use. Gary came to my home and after a very thorough interview he designed my kitchen to fit all my needs and a few I didn't realized I needed. He was very conscious of my budget and guided me in selecting the appropriate appliances and cabinets. Now that the remodel is completed his design is both functional and beautiful.

Julie Young and Carmel Kitchen and Bath were recommended by our contractor, as someone he had worked with before. Julie was involved in every aspect of our remodel working closely not only with us but as an intermediary with our contractor as well as his subs. Her layout for our kitchen was a design we had not even considered, and works perfectly. There was a slight issue regarding the power supply for our electric oven and Julie, our contractor and electrician worked it out seamlessly to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend their services and will use them again on future projects.

After an initial meeting and visit to our home, Carmel Kitchens and Bath provided a preliminary layout. There were adjustments along the way, but I give total credit to Julie Young, who understood how we live and what we wanted. She is a real pro. And, she found us the perfect contractor, Dennis Schuh, with whom we worked well and easily. Our project started out and continued on a positive note because the quality of the job and our relationships with all involved .

We hired Julie Young with Carmel Kitchens & Bath to redo our Carmel kitchen. The project grew beyond just our kitchen, and touched nearly every room in the house, and Julie was there every step of the way to help us. She designed a kitchen that was exactly right for us. She created a wine storage and bar in our dining room that makes us smile every time we see it. It is perfect. Her suggestions for paint colors, a contractor (we loved Dennis Schuh) lighting, wood floors, etc was excellent. We actually had fun and that has never happened with a remodel before this. Would we use Julie and Carmel Kitchens & Baths again? Yes!

We had both of our bathrooms completely remodeled from 11/14 through 4/15 and are ecstatic with the results! Julie is a very talented designer with a great eye. She quickly tuned in to our tastes and style while still being innovative in her solutions to design challenges in our small spaces. We worked with her selected contractor and again, are extremely happy with the results. All of the subcontractors were easy to work with, very professional, and talented in their respective fields. Also, the cabinetry selected was very high quality and beautiful. We are looking forward to one more project with Julie and her contractor - our front entry area. We have recommended them to several people already, based on our wonderful experience with this firm.

My wife and I wanted to remodel our outdated bathroom. After much research online, we picked Carmel Kitchens and Baths for the job. I’m glad we did. Gary Courtwright, our designer, listened to our requirements and worked hard to give us a design that increased the amount of usable space in our bath. Since we would be away for the summer while the work was done, he was able to recommend a contractor with plenty of experience working with absent clients. And when the inevitable communication snafus occurred, Gary was able to get things back on track quickly. My only regret is that we did not know about Carmel Kitchens and Baths when we remodeled our Kitchen.

Gary designed our kitchen remodel and supplied the cabinetry. The kitchen work areas and cabinets were laid out in an efficient and thoughtful manner. He provided timely consultation with our contractor and us through out the project. We are very satisfied with the results.

My husband and I chose to work with Carmel Kitchen & Baths, because of their outstanding reputation within the building industry. We worked specifically with Gary, the owner, someone who is quite diligent in his attention to detail. We are a long standing family business in the area, we prefer to work and patronize with other local businesses as well. We were not disappointed. Gary was always timely with appointments, very thorough in our interview for our kitchen redesign, and ordering process. We ordered from the Brookhaven Kitchen Cabinets line. We are very pleased with the outcome of out new kitchen, I especially use, and love the lower cabinet that houses my Kitchenaid mixer, in an easy pull up shelf! I never knew such a luxury existed! If you can imagine it, they can include it in your design. Carmel Kitchen & Bath has met and exceeded our expectations of a quality, high end business.

Julie Young provided expert design experience remodeling our kitchen and master bathroom. She took the time to learn our personal needs and incorporate them into her design plans. Provided our contractor with scale/ permit drawings and saw our project through all the way. An added touch was her individualized help when choosing tile to go with our color scheme & entry way lighting. Very professional work. We highly recommend her services.
