They have been a fantastic group to work with during the building our home. They helped our builder during the selection process and helped keep the processing moving forward in a timely manor. Carol and her staff are professional, excellent and easy to work with. We engaged her firm to work with us on a total remodel and design concept of the interior and exterior of our home. Carol understood our style, which is a blend of modern and rustic and delivered an exceptional interior and exterior staying on time and in budget. She has a fantastic eye for detail, color and proportion and is quickly able to pull together finishes, fabrics and furniture. We have recommended her often and will use her again.

After weeks of frustating false starts with coordinating and selecting upholstery fabric for two oversized chairs, I was experiencing a decor emergency! Carol and her team carefully and promptly assisted me with selecting a gorgeous durable velvet cost effective fabric in a color and texture that I absolutely love. The upholsterer did a beautiful job and returned my chairs in a matter of days. My next decor project is accessorizing the living room. Villa Decor and Design here I come!

It is with great pleasure that I am writing to you to praise the high quality of design skills and creative talent offered by Carol Kirchner and her team at Villa Decor and Design in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Carol has helped me with several projects in prior years but quite recently she has gone out of her way to be of help to us. I contacted Carol in the spring of 2016 to help us economically transform our granddaughter's bedroom from a young girlish look to a more sophisticated look. With beautiful window coverings and fresh paint in both the bedroom and the bath, the room has exactly the new feel I had wanted. At the same time, she found beautiful fabric to recover 2 chairs for our formal living room. Both of these projects were completed by mid summer while we were out of town. But then disaster happened. An upstairs sink overflowed and water flowed for approximately 48 hours. Ceilings in the kitchen, dining room, hallway and half bath collapsed, wood floors buckled, and dining room furniture was ruined. (Luckily the new living room furniture was not damaged). Carol and her team were immediately ready and willing to assist and have been incredibly helpful! My biggest concern was replacing my dining room furniture in time for the holidays. Carol and her staff were able to find beautiful dining options for me that were in stock and I couldn't be more pleased with the selections we made. I trust Carol's instincts and value her ability to "read my mind" and understand our goals and our budgets. Carol is a true joy to work with. She's professional, has great contacts in the industry, knows how to find great pieces (where does she find them?) and has a true talent for designing spaces and then decorating them perfectly. I just moved and had to (wanted to!) start from scratch. She helped me furnish and decorate the entire house. It's absolutely beautiful - the space is designed so perfectly. It's hard to believe that something this beautiful can perform and function so well too! We think so highly of Carol that we have asked for her help with another house that we just purchased. This is an investment property and we want to get it ready for rent as quickly and as inexpensively as possible! She has proven herself over and over again - she has creative and innovative ideas that help the budget and knows where to spend the money to get the most bang for our buck. I have done one decorating project and one full house project on a new home we built with Carol and her team. Their attention to detail, organization and full design service made my projects manageable and the end result is truly a work of art, with so much love and attention given to every piece. I just cannot say enough about Carol Kirchner and her staff! I will never forget the first time I met with Carol at my home. As we were talking, she was doing a rearrangement of a bookshelf as if it were second nature, still with full attention to our discussion. I have been a client ever since, and am over the moon happy with everything we have done together. Just like the bookshelf, my home has gone from boring to WOW. Carol is extremely professional, never overbearing, and just a joy to work with!
