I have worked with Carol Freidman of Design Resources for the past several years designing two homes, one in the Northeast and one in the Caribbean. Carol is a pleasure to work with. She listens to the design objectives and she doesn't come in with preconceived thoughts and push her ideas or taste upon you as other designers I've worked with can do. Instead she takes a very consultative approach to get to know your thoughts what you like and your budget for the project.She wants to understand your ideas and thoughts so that your home is what you want it to be. She is a fantastic resource for everything imaginable , from outstanding tile design and tile selection for the bathrooms or kitchen, to fabulous fabrics. She has an amazing attention to detail and follows up on everything which is especially important on larger projects. She is always available and is very responsive to phone and emails. I have been so pleased with all of the services Carol has offered and have throughly enjoyed working with her and I recommend her with out any reservations.

I have worked with Carol on 4 full scale projects (new large homes) and can say without reservation that she is very respectful and competent. Each of these projects used a different builder and she managed the architect and the builders with the utmost professionalism. She is an outstanding listener, observer and prompt responder. Her attention to detail as well as knowledge of the current trends and fashion are impeccable. She is a highly qualified designer who I would trust with any project (antique to modern).
