5/20/2017 I have owned rental properties for over 13 years. This is by far the best carpet cleaning company you can work with. Victor and his team are honest and true professionals. He and Gustavo arrived exactly on time and ready to go. They clearly explained exactly what they were going to do and how long it would take. During the walk through I asked them about stretching an area of the carpet in the bedroom where it needed to be done. They were able to adapt and add that into the plan with no problem. I had to run some errands during the time they were working so they gave me a call 20 minutes before they were done. When I arrived the carpet looked wonderful. Any and all dark spots / stains had been removed and the carpet was stretched perfectly so there was no bump in the carpet anymore. Cost wise, I believe they are competitive with anyone else out there and the quality of work far surpassed my expectations. It’s really simple. Call Victor and set up an appointment and you won’t be disappointed. I only have one number stored in my phone for carpet cleaning and it’s definitely Carpet Wiser.

Had some heavy rain in Chicago and of course my semi finished basement took on water. I called them from a Google search and saw their reviews on Houzz and called. Just extracted all the water, raked to maximum drying, and left some fans and a dehumidifier for the moisture. Came be in two days to pick up equipment. What a great group of guys. They could have charge double.

They take great pride in cleaning carpets It's nice to see a company and employees that actually like what they do. It not only shows in their work but their attitudes too. They spend a lot of time maximizing the carpet cleaning to my satisfaction. Good job guys and see you next year.

I use this company once a year before winter. I like to keep the air quality clean before we shut the windows for the next six months. We get all our carpets cleaned as well as the upholstery-two couches and cushions. They work hard until the job is done. I trust them so I let them in and I go do some shopping until they are done. It' s that simple but you would be amazed at all the others that get this wrong.

I called the guy at carpet wiser because he installed some carpet in one of my units and I noticed that his van also said carpet cleaning as well. Great job and effort on all his work. He saves me money when we can save a carpet by cleaning and repairing and replace only when necessary.
