Conlin Landscapes was founded and incorporated in 1985 by Naperville native Barry Conlin. Barry took several years experience as a field supervisor for a large landscape contractor along with all his education and began the company in his downtown Naperville home. Starting with only a few employees and basic equipment he began landscaping homes and maintaining commercial properties in the western suburbs of and surrounding areas of Chicago. Eventually his family and business outgrew his home as steady growth demanded additional equipment and employees. The purchase of a property in south Naperville in 1987 allowed him to expand the business in its current location. Today, C.B. Conlin Landscapes supports 7 professional team members and 25 seasonal laborers striving to make C.B. Conlin one of Naperville’s premier landscaping companies.
