Cascade Upholstery

I had a settee and 6 chairs upholstered at Cascade Upholstery. The first estimate was for $5361.87 but the final payment was $7505.45. I kept getting adjusted invoices and the cost was going up and up. The actual upholstery work was good but the touch up was disappointing since I was paying $120/hour for this. It was difficult for me to talk to Alice about my concerns. Now I need to take 4 of my chairs back for them to ‘fix’ the touch up. This the reason for the 2 stars. I’m sorry I couldn’t give more.

As an interior designer, I frequent Cascade Upholstery for not only their great service, but also for inspiration! Alice and her team always offer a fresh and exciting array of fabrics and amazing design input. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, it is truly a joy to design with them. I have used their workroom on numerous occasions to fabricate new furniture and reupholster furniture. They are reliable and professional and complete projects in the time frame given. My clients and I can always confidently rely on their quality service and craftsmanship.

I recently used Cascade Upholstery to recover eight chairs on an antique dining room set of my grandmothers. The workmanship was superb. They look wonderful and my family heirloom was very well taken care of. The owner was also very helpful in design selection. She has great taste! My challenge was to take a antique french provincial piece and make it work in my new mountain home. I believe we achieved that beautifully! The entire project was finished in less than two weeks and the cost was very reasonable compared to two other bids I received. I will definitely use Cascade for future projects and have happily referred them to others.

I've worked with Cascade Upholstery for both Client and Personal projects for many years. They have reupholstered chairs, sofas, made headboards for me etc,... They have always turned out beautifully and both myself and my clients have been super-satisfied!

I had a Italian set off dinning chairs that needed repair and upholstering 8 chairs in fact, I had been looking for a good shop to do the work. I could not have found a better shop. Their attention to detail and customer courtesy was impeccable . They were all business and could see I was nervous but they calmed me right down, Alice went thru several patterns before we found one we liked and when Don looked at the chairs he gave recommendations on what needed to be fixed. And when I got the chairs back ,what a wonderful job they did. I would recommend their work to others.
