I've been an ASI client for six years and utilized their full services for two homes. What makes me rate this company so highly is their customer service not only from the onsite technicians but from their office and support staff. You actually enjoy talking with them and they enjoy helping you solve your problems. ASI set up a full control 4 solution in my home that can be managed by remotes or by mobile phone apps. The up time is remarkable and the equipment never fails. Ben and the Aaron's crew did a great job installing my TV and soundbar as well as wiring my house for whole-house music. The crew was professional and was able to run wiring with the fewest possible drywall cuts (which they repaired to paint-ready condition). They cleaned up everything when done. Ben took the time to program my equipment and show me how to use, down to installing control apps on my phone! Highly recommend!

ASI scheduled an appointment within only a few days of inquiring about a technician coming out to troubleshoot some issues our Control4 was having. Nick, the technician, showed up on time was very friendly and got right to work solving the issues. Nick showed care in his work and explained options clearly when decisions needed to be made. I highly recomment ASI for audio and video installation / ongoing support. I wish they had performed my original installation as it is clear I would have saved substantially on the setup and had more reliable ongoing performance. They first came in and serviced my initial installation which was very complicated. Charles Vail and his team were very knowledgeable and very customer oriented (explaining things well to the non technical expert like myself). I finally had them install Control 4 to replace my existing system....I should have done it sooner. I have always found them very responsive and able to come on site or frankly due to their expertise in setup they can respond remotely to my needs. I am looking at replacing my Lutron lighting control system which is now not fully functioning. I would not consider any company other than Aaron's to do the install. By the way the date for the project shown below is when they installed Control 4 to replace my audio system. I have been using them for about 4 years to service my old audio / video system.

We originally hired ASI in early 2005 to design and install a turn key home entertainment system that included distributed audio and video and a dedicated home theater. Working closely with ASI's owner, Charles Vail, we increased the scope of the project to include home automation for lighting, security, and HVAC. Since the initial installation, as technology changed, we have worked with ASI to modify and upgrade various components as well as expand the capabilities of the home automation system. Doug and David installed a new sound system in our hone yesterday. They called before they came to let me know they were on their way, arrived on time and were very courteous and a pleasure to work with. They worked quickly., answered any questions I had (and I had a lot) and took their time explaining the system. I would not hesitate to contract with this company again. Whitney was also great to work with us to move our scheduled appointment to an earlier date. When we first met with Charles, he got a quote to us quickly and when I called with questions, he set up an appointment for the next day to meet with us in our home to explain it in language we could understand. We have called upon ASI over the years to install survellience systems at our business, private residence & horse farm. Their staff is prompt, professional & quality driven taking their job seriously which is a comfort in today’s uncertain times. They treat each security application as if it were their own. We recently completed a custom new home build and worked with Aaron’s Systems on the TV and network wiring, audio video, Control4 system integration, wifi, cameras and security. We were originally hesitant to incorporate so much technology into our home as we’d had a bad experience previously but found the Aaron’s team to be professional and responsive and the quality of their work excellent. They procured, mounted and set up our TVs, provided a multi-room house music system, worked with the electrician on lighting control for our home’s exterior, common lobby areas and master suite, and configured a wifi network to cover the property. On the security side we have a camera surveillance system to monitor activity around the home and comprehensive security-fire system to protect and secure our home. Control4 operation has been simple to learn and so far we’ve seen no issues with reliability. We’re very pleased with the work Aaron’s Systems provided and are happy to continue the relationship with them in the future.

We had a Control4 system installed by a different company about 9 years ago. Recently, the system failed. Due to this event, I contacted Control4 itself to explain what had occurred and to seek its advice. Its advice was that I would need a new system because the old one was so outdated. Because the pricey controller housing all of the codes was no longer functioning, I would also need a significant amount of re-programming of the replacement system. Before ending my conversation with the Control4 corporate representative, I asked him who he would recommend in my area for my purchase and installation. I told him I was very finicky when it comes to such matters. He recommended Aaron's Systems Integrators (Aaron's Systems). I called Aaron's Systems, and from my very first contact, they were exceptional in every respect. I spoke with the owner and he answered all of my questions concerning the equipment I needed to purchase as well as the details of the installation. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. A date was set for the installation. On that date, the installer named "Nick" arrived at my home at the precise time I had been told, unpackaged my new equipment, and immediately went to work. Nick was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and personable. He completed the installation in one day, and everything worked flawlessly! I couldn't be happier with the job Aaron's Systems and "Nick" did! I highly recommend them!!!
