Bogdan and his team repaired my roof and replaced my deck. They are easy to communicate with and very responsive. Delivered an estimate and timeline quickly and stuck to both. Thorough cleanup when taking down the old deck. I found no screws or nails left behind in staging areas where the old wood was temporarily stored before being shipped away. The new deck looks and feels excellent. Would recommend.

CBC is fantastic! The professionalism and attention to detail was just what we are looking for new constructions or room additions. Their creativeness and work quality are superb and our architectural firm is totally satisfied! Bogdan and his workers absolutely excellent people, they executed the projects designed by us. Have I never written a review for CBC? I've used Bogdan for 2 homes now and wouldn't use anyone else. He is extremely knowledgable, treats our home and the work we do like it's his. He tells me what to spend money on and how to avoid costs. I've used him to build out closets, redo bathrooms, laundry rooms, create built-ins next to TVs, build an at-home gym, carpet and tile installation and so much more. He also did my external lights and stone surround firepit. Love working with Bogdan.

Excellent design, service, work and follow up. CBC remodeled a full bath and kitchen in my home. From the start, Bodgan was responsive and helpful in figuring out the proper layout, design, options and timeline. He would quickly respond with options of fixtures or materials based on my needs, and would order materials without a mark up to use for the projects. He & his team are clean, timely and very respectful of your home and pets! They are properly cleaning up their workspace and never left my house dirty at any point after working in it for months. Bodgan has a great eye for design, and helped me design a custom kitchen that turned out fabulous. His materials and workmanship are quality and will stand the test of time. He's also a nice person. Someone you enjoy getting to know and talking to. That means a lot to me as he spent many months in my home, working around me.

Bogden and CBC did fantastic work for us doing a full gut redo of our master bath and powder room. He’s the only contractor we’ve worked with who is as detail oriented as my architect husband. LOL. Bogden’s pricing was clear and accurate. The only costs we paid outside of his original estimate were upgrades that we requested later in the process and he was always very upfront about the costs before the work began. Even though we chose a tile that had a significantly more complicated install than I think he had anticipated he did not come back to us asking for more money. The project took a few weeks longer than originally quoted (primarily because of that tile work) but the situation was clearly communicated and professionally handled as we went. The resulting work is absolutely beautiful and we love our new rooms. We plan to hire CBC again for our kitchen when we are ready to tackle that project. Don’t hesitate to hire CBC!

Over the past year, Bogdan Chereches (CBC) and his team did a great job completely renovating our main bathroom, and then our closets, and eventually our half-bath and kitchen. His recommendations for materials, hardware, paint colors, and lighting saved us time and simplified the selection process that would have otherwise been overwhelming. He was knowledgable of what would work within the space being remodeled. Save yourself the headache and just go with his suggestions and you'll be happy with the end results. We are.

CBC was very professional, kept to timeline and budget, and had a great attention to detail and good quality. Bogdan worked well with our building association to move the project along. It’s important to understand/be in agreement with project scope, any specific details, wants/don’t wants at the beginning (like with any project) to minimize change orders.

We found Bogdan through Houzz and he was the perfect builder for us. He understood what we wanted in our add on family room and delivered an excellent product. Bogdan remodeled my kitchen in the fall of 2017 and I was very happy with the result. The project included complete gut and redesign with expansion, new custom cabinets, counter tops, sink, backsplash and hardwood floor refinish. Bogdan was extremely responsive to communication throughout all phases of the project. The timeline and expense estimates created upfront were accurate. Bogdan is a great architect and interior designer who was able to maximize the existing space in my timber loft based on my kitchen layout requirements. He also provided multiple sample finishes, design recommendations, and vendors to choose from. Bogdan and his team were professional when on site and cleaned up daily as the project was ongoing. I would recommend Bogdan to friends and plan on working with his team again in the future!

My dream bathroom was an idea for years however; time, family health matters, and life changes delayed this until last year. The project started in July and was not finished until the fall, it was expected to have delays with supply orders, my vacation, CUBS excitement, and normal construction times. An initial consultation with Bogdan confirmed I chose the right company to fulfill my wishes. I have assisting in the planning and building of three homes and was aware of changes in remodeling and construction. The patience, attention to detail, my personal needs and desires were met with ultimate satisfaction. I changed a large disjointed area to one of ultimate convenience and luxury...heated floors, large walk-in steam shower, handicap accessible, storage, hidden outlets for appliances, small dryer for warm towels, access to a window, soaking tub, multi lighting, fans, TV, ...if I included a refrigerator and microware I could live in this room! It is truly a place for comfort and peace. Every part of the process was discussed and suggestions were made as to placement, coordination of color schemes, mirrors, lighting, floor tile arrangement, and etc. Every contractor who entered my home was polite, quiet, extremely diligent and proud of their work, I never experienced a complete staff that was accommodating to every part of the progress....from the demolition to the completion... all trades were on time, or would contact me in plenty of time if they was a delay. Sometimes a staff member would notice an issue and discuss with me and Bogdan as to how to proceed. I felt included in every step of this project. I enjoyed the idea of a contractor coming to my home, noticing my lifestyle and discussing how to incorporate my ideas with the current flow on my home. I interviewed many contractors and visited their extensive showrooms, it was uncomfortable. I felt I was just a sale. The experience was overwhelming, too many choices, floors of potential designs, no time to understand or listen to what I wanted. Some had creative drawings and no concrete pricing for my project. I felt they want me to write a blank check for their ideas which were not mine. Nor did I desire to drive to their showroom every time I needed to chose a tile, fixture, color,or etc.....CBC brought items directly to my home, we viewed it in the room and many times something I thought would work, did not fit and plan B was the choice. Their were no surprises in this project, every costs and item was discussed, there always were options, I knew was to expect at every phase in the process. I am confident and completed satisfied that I made the right choice in this project with CBC, Inc. and highly recommend their service.
