About Us

Gilberte Interiors, inc is a full service Design Firm offering a comprehensive selection of resources for both Residential and Commercial Projects. For 50 years, the team at Gilberte Interiors has spent time with home owners and their families listening to what makes being at home special to them. Moving through spaces which focus on scale, lighting, color, and texture can make us feel good without even knowing why. Our ability to keenly listen to our clients, design and solve their interior challenges, fabricate, and then deliver and install their projects is an unusual set of services by an ASID accredited Design Firm, which sets us apart from our competition. We oversee the entire process, working with our clients and their construction teams from conception to completion at no additional cost beyond the materials and products. We accomplish this by providing each client and project fully focused personal attention and service from our team, coupled with our extensive knowledge and experience with the latest products and materials in the industry. We understand how products work and what materials and applications are best for specific needs. We study how the client will use the space, the furnishings, and the flow before the first changes are made. We are thankful for our extensive roster of repeat clients from Northern New England to Manhattan, Florida, and Caribbean and throughout the northeast. We purchased 2 wall mount toilets from Gilbertes in 2020. We were in interested in purchasing Toto toilets however we were presented with a Catalano that was a close out. We were told that is was a very good deal and a good quality toilet. Based upon Gilbertes recommendation, we purchased the Catalano. We have had no issues with the quality of the Catalano however, the toilet seat broke a year ago and we have been trying to get it replaced through Gilbertes for one year now. It has been very frustrating with many excuses along the way and very long lags in communication and follow up. We were lead by Gilbertes to purchase a discontinued item and now we are not being serviced for parts that are needed. I would proceed very carefully before doing business with Gilbertes as their customer service is severely lacking.

Cheryl is amazing! She has helped us pick out fabric for our Shakleton Thomas chairs about a year ago. She is very easy to work with and knows her stuff! We liked working with her so much that we are currently in the process of updating our entire downstairs--from paint to window treatments to light fixtures. Also have a bathroom renovation for the spring! Cheryl is very professional, kind and easy to work with! A true pleasure!

We have used Cheryl Boghosian at Gilberte Interiors for 5 houses over a 30 year period. Vermont, Boston, Savannah,GA and Sarasota,FL. Many involved construction to finished kitchens, baths, floors, paint and wallpaper, furniture, drapes, every detail that goes into finishing a home is taken care of. Cheryl and her team are extremely profession and knowledgeable in all aspects of our projects. All deadlines where met and came within budget. We plan to use Gilberte Interior for our next project!

Cheryl and her team are the best!!! They make the process easy and give vision to your ideas creating the space you always wanted. She helped us select colors and fabrics, suggested furniture choices, decorative ideas and was always mindful of our budget. We worked with her to go room by room of our 1962 house and she did it on our timeline and budget. Installation was convenient and timely. Our house is the home it is because of her and we get many compliments on the way our home looks. She is talented, creative and fun- simply out she and Gilberte are awesome!!

Cheryl has helped us many times over the years, both in Vermont and in Florida. She is the consummate professional, knowing what we like, suggesting new ideas, and making the entire project easy! She has lead us through a complete kitchen renovation, a guest suite addition, 2 bathrooms and well as other decorative items. She even went to Florida to design a complete gut of a condo from kitchen, baths paint, lighting etc. We absolutely recommend Cheryl and will use her again for any future projects.
