Christina always listened to our input and presented us with several attractive options for each room. She never rushed us and was quick to change something if we didn't like it or if she thought it something else would look better. She's a gifted designer with a great eye and sense of style. There is no doubt in my mind that our house would not look nearly as good as it does if we didn't work with Christina. Highly recommend!

A true pleasure and a true professional! Christina helped us with a number of house renovations and design updates and we couldn't be happier. She intuitively knew what we would like, and she was patient and thorough. Given all the variables and personalities, she managed to make this a fun project. She has a great network of contacts. We left her in charge of our home while we escaped the demolition phase, and that speaks volumes to our trust in her personally and professionally. We moved into a new home and had a whole house to pick interior paint colors for. I was feeling completely overwhelmed. Christina came in and helped me find the right choices with ease. She picked colors that I never would have thought of and the results were amazing. Every room flows seamlessly into the other and is aesthetically pleasing. My old victorian went from drab and outdated to beautiful and updated. I could not have done it without her. She was a pleasure to work and is a truly talented designer. I had an excellent experience working with Christina, whose job was to redo our master bedroom which had not been updated for many years, as well as completing the transformation of an adjacent bedroom into a master bathroom. The master bathroom had not been completed when I discharged the previous design team, and there were problems with its unfinished design which made that room difficult to work with. Christina’s solutions, via lighting, window treatments, paint and wallpaper, showed imagination and charm. Same true of the bedroom. As a result of her planning and purchases my husband and I now enjoy a magnificent and expansive room, in a transitional style, where walls and windows take full advantage of our forest views, natural lighting and a tray ceiling. Christina was flexible in accommodating our budget, using existing furnishings wherever practicable and updating them to suit the new space. She was most helpful on a last-minute project updating my husband’s study with new drapes, oriental rug and wing chairs. She has been a joy to work with, and I look forward to engaging her on future projects.

My husband and I hired Christina several years back to give some life to our unused living room, and were so happy with the results. When we made the decision to undergo a major addition and whole-house renovation a year ago, we knew exactly who to call. We didn’t just need a decorator/designer, we needed someone to act as a project manager since we both work full time and have two small children - needless to say our lives are very full and the idea of a renovation had our heads spinning. From day one, Christina liaised between the contractor and subcontractors and us, simplifying the process so we weren’t overwhelmed at any point, ON TOP of planning and furnishing every nook and cranny of our entire house. She made designing a kitchen and several bathrooms easy, curated products and refined our selections so that the process was actually fun, filled with laughs, and dare I say, kind of stress free? She presented us with selections that were refined but still reflected out (sometimes eclectic taste) and made sure that our house did not look generic. She also worked within our budget. There is so much more that I could write, but I promise that if you hire Christina, you won’t be sorry.

After completing a substantial renovation, we hired Christina to help us decorate our home. From choosing paint colors while the home was still under construction, to ordering window treatments, furniture, artwork, carpeting and lighting, the whole process was effortless and enjoyable. I am not the easiest client to have and often we were the bottleneck in the process, not her. Christina was always patient and fair and we will be working with her again as we continue decorating our home. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking design expertise.

My husband and I recently moved from a house to a condominium. There were so many choices and decisions to make; we felt overwhelmed as to what to keep and what to buy for our new home. Christina selected a few choice pieces from our home to incorporate into our new condominium. In seamless fashion, Christina was able to create what we had envisioned. Christina Byers was a great asset as I transformed from my 9 room house to a 4 room condo. She helped me make choices that created an open and airy atmosphere while providing lots of storage space.
