We could not be more pleased with our new Poggenpohl kitchen. Cheryl is super smart and extremely organized. She asks great questions, listens well and has a talent for turning ideas into reality. She is extremely good at problem-solving. I researched several cabinetry lines and was underwhelmed with the product knowledge of all except Cheryl: She knows the Poggenpohl line inside and out and understands what will work (and can explain why something won't---if you want to know). The Poggenpohl staff is top notch: From design to installation they were thoroughly professional.

Our kitchen was gutted and Poggenpohl designer s beautiful kitchen with ample storage space. Many who have seen our kitchen say it should be in a magazine since it is absolutely beautiful. Our experience couldn’t have been better. When you spend this kind of money, you want a pleasant experience and you also want to know the company you work with will be there in the future if a need arises. We feel confident this will be the case. We feel we have developed a long term friendship.

Superior product, installation and service. The whole process from plannnig to completion was very enjoyable and Samantha and Maic are a pleasure to work with. We are extremely happy with our contemporary kitchen and wow our friends and guest over and over again. This is truly the centerpiece and favorite gathering place in our home.

We recently bought a condo which had a Poggenpohl kitchen. Samantha and her colleagues at the Houston Galleria store were very helpful/knowledgeable in the additions and the remodel of the corner unit. It was seamless. We moved into a condo that had Poggenpohl cabinets in the kitchen and 4 bathrooms. We liked them so much that we added several more custom built cabinets. Samantha is an outstanding professional there (Houston) that helped us through the design, ordering, coordinating with custom fabricator for stone tops and installation. She is one of the best people we have worked with and made the process fun and stress free. The materials came in on time and installation was excellent, as was the follow up to assure everything was perfect.

Samantha at Poggenpohl Houston was fantastic. She knows the product thoroughly, has a great eye for both layouts and colors, and even suggested a design change to our kitchen which we and our architect readily incorporated. She also is very pleasant to work with.

Samantha is totally brilliant. From day one she literally held our hand and helped us design our kitchen which we totally love. We were new to this whole process of construction, design etc but Samantha guided us through and through. Even now, close to 2 years later.. she is still my first phone call to every kitchen/appliances related question I have. Thank you Sam for the wonderful experience. It is a simple decision. If you need (or want) a gorgeous kitchen GO TO CHERYL CARPENTER and the fine team at Poggenpohl Houston. After years ago having our first high-end custom kitchen designed and installed by Poggenohl, Houston, in a different residence - we decided to make a total redo of a different kitchen in the home in which we live now. We wasted a bit of time and money scoping out options ( for our own edification we wanted to see what else might be out there) Well - do not waste your time, Poggenpohl and Cheryl particularly ARE THE BEST!. My wife (a very smart lady herself) said it best: "Cheryl is the most amazing person I have met with an incredible ability to use the fully both the left side and the right side of her brain, at the same time, in wonderful ways" I am SURE if our home had been a new build, the magnitude of decisions would have been much less. While gently suggesting slight space and ceiling modifications, our overall result is beyond stunning. The reaction by long-term friends and family when they see our new kitchen is total amazement, Shock is a better word. Despite having full detailed colored renderings from every possible angle before the install, the actual finished product was better than anything we dreamed of. Cheryl and her team are the best! They are responsive. And after they all jumped through a lot of hoops (which we added) every single deadline was met or completed early. The follow up after ordering the kitchen and before during and after installation has been tremendous. We have truly been blown away that our home now looks so amazing. From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with the Poggenpohld team. My kitchen is showpiece in my home, and the cabinets are at its center. The design, quality, and functionality make it a joy to cook and live in the space. The team is comprised of absolute perfectionists. The installation crew went above and beyond to ensure every piece was perfect. If I have the opportunity to build a kitchen again, it will be a Poggenpohl.

Our experience with Poggenpohl was fantastic. Our Houston salesperson, Samantha, was incredibly helpful and accommodating to our crazy work schedules and was always a pleasure to work with. The challenge was narrowing down our selections, as there are so many different beautiful options to choose from. We couldn't be happier with how our kitchen turned out. It is beautiful!

I cannot speak highly enough of Samantha and the rest of the Poggenpohl Houston team!! Samantha has been a huge asset in helping us with our new kitchen! The entire new home construction process has been a lengthy one but Samantha was always attentive in answering all of our questions and getting renderings to us to help with decision-making. Her expertise has been invaluable when it came down to designing the layout and color options.. I am so happy with my dream kitchen!
