I’d been dreaming of a clean, modern kitchen for years — and this remodel done by Century City Baths gave me exactly what I wanted. Sleek cabinetry, gorgeous quartz countertops, soft-close drawers, and matte black fixtures that make the whole space pop. It’s stylish, functional, and just makes me happy. Every time I walk into this kitchen, I smile — because it finally feels like it reflects me.

After more than 40 years in the same home, we decided it was time to update the kitchen — not just for beauty, but for comfort and peace of mind as we grow older. We wanted a space that would support us physically and still feel like home. From the very first consultation with Century City Baths, Tom treated our needs with care and respect. The design is timeless: warm woods, soft lighting, and plenty of natural brightness. Everything feels calmer and more open, without losing the character we’ve always loved about our home. The project was finished on time, the crew was polite and tidy, and we never felt overwhelmed or left in the dark.

The minimalist design isn’t just beautiful — it’s functional. Everything has a place, nothing feels crowded, and the materials are easy to care for. It just makes sense.

We do not recommend Century City Baths for your bathroom remodel. They presented themselves as professional, responsive, and reliable—right up until we signed the contract and the 3-day cancellation window passed. After that, communication became nearly impossible. Kevin, the sales representative and our only point of contact, completely disappeared. We couldn’t reach him to confirm details or ask questions before the project began. Once the work started, a team of subcontractors (not Century City Baths employees) showed up. No one from Century City Baths ever came to oversee the job. The subcontractors did a decent job, but there were days only one person would show up, and a few, no one. Mismanagement by Century City Bath in ordering materials also caused delays. The project ended up taking over twice as long as originally promised. Not ideal when you’re talking about your primary bathroom. After the remodel was completed, someone from the company finally appeared—to collect the final payment, ‘inspect’ the work and tell us about the “lifetime warranty.” Within days, we contacted them because our new freestanding tub had not been properly sealed to the floor and was completely unusable. That was a month ago. Since then, they’ve scheduled three separate appointments to fix the issue—and failed to show up every single time. No calls, no updates, no apologies. We spent tens of thousands of dollars on this bathroom, and we still cannot use our bathtub. The lack of accountability and follow-through is unacceptable. We’re continuing to pursue a resolution, but we strongly recommend you avoid this company. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment.

We had cast iron tub removed and converted to walk in shower with glass sliding door from Creative Mirror and Shower. Project completed 6/22. Tiled shower wall , added shelf inset, shower base , new fixtures and new ceramic tile floor. Century bid job, showed up on time for all appointments, did full tear out and completed entire job in just over one week. Outstanding clean-up. Pretty amazing given horror stories out there. We are very pleased and definitely recommend Century Bath.

Their follow up and inspection of the finished project were professional and done in a timely manor. The installer was professional, they clean-up the project area every night and made sure all was to our expectations. They delivered what they said they would deliver.

They remodeled two of our bathrooms and really listened to our requests for each one. Our sales associate took the time to help us pick out better materials for longer duration. The construction started a week earlier than planned and both bathrooms were completed in less than 4 weeks. We are very happy with our updated bathrooms.

Both bathrooms were totally gutted and rebuilt, the work was completed on time by a friendly, informative and professional staff who kept me updated throughout the process, and we had the same project manager the whole time so there was one consistent point of contact.
