They are Expensive. Customer service could be better. The installer they highly recommended ruined my floors and no one is taking responsibility.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and used Cercan Tile for all of our tile needs and with the help of Wendy, we were able to find one of the most exquisite tiles I’ve ever seen. Remodeling anything can be a little chaotic but Wendy’s professionalism and knowledge made it so easy to pick what I thought would be the most difficult parts of the remodel. Cercan Tile is a very unique tile shop. They do not display all the current trends in tile. Instead their showroom is like a spa. You are first greeted with lovely, relaxing music then your eyes go to their beautiful and unique tile displays. Elizabeth was more than helpful in my quest to find the exact tile for my very first backsplash. After being pummeled by the other tile shops who showed me nothing but the trendy looks that "everyone" is going for, I was happy to hear Elizabeth tell me that the backsplash should be a backdrop for whatever I display on my counter top. I worked with Cercan Tile while doing a complete remodel of my family beach home. Considering I am located thousands a miles from Cercan Tile you may think that'd be a problem. IT WAS NOT! Using e-mail, pictures, tile samples, and telephone calls the distance wasn't an issue. They were very accessible via e-mail and always available for a phone call! Working collaboratively, the end result is nothing short of phenomenal, spectacular, and leaving my family and relatives with no regrets!
