I interviewed three companies that had been referred to me by friends before choosing Certitude. One company asked to return to reconfigure a better price. They still were far too high and admitted that they couldn't compare to the offer that I had from Certitude. The salesman (president) was wonderful patiently answering my multitude of questions, some of which secretly already I knew the answers. He passed with flying colors by the depth of his knowledge explaining all to me in complete detail. His straight facts and experience was freely shared for my future visions on a new horizon. I wanted a change and he helped me choose colors and later gifted me a generous surprise. In the darkness of the night before the roofers were to arrive, a tree dropped on the garage roof. They quickly and professionally took pictures for my insurance company. Given the go ahead, they took from the inside of the garage my builders left over siding and repaired not only the roof, but the siding so it looks as if no tree ever invaded my home. They did this all in stride. The roof went on the house and garage swiftly w/o a hitch. Clean up was perfection! There is no doubt in my mind that when needed again I would speed dial for their help. After all was done, I received a visit once again from the gentleman that I first met, Ed. He wanted to inspect the work that was done and make sure that I was completely satisfied. Now that was a first for me to have a return from a salesman after a job was completed. Once again he surprised me. I had a vestibule and room that needed rebuilding so no roofing could be done at the time of the house. As we casually chatted while walking the perimeter of the house I mention ed a leak in the roof of the room not yet roofed. Ed went to his van, procured some materials then he repaired that leak right on the spot at no charge at all! This was a natural gesture made from truly one of a dying breed, a real gentleman. From the first to the last in visits and paperwork, I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank all of you at Certitude, for as your company name implies, a job well done was witnessed by myself and my neighbors.

Great work, Great Price. Fast crew!!! In the past I have done the same work that this contractor did form me. The exact way I would have done it was used.
