I placed a small order online based on pictures from website. Actual product did not have features indicated in online photos. Customer service told me it’s my fault. Very unaccepting and rude. Product I received sells for $2 each locally. I was willing to pay $9 each based on photos. Crooks. Stay away.

We are a deck company in Cincinnati, and we order quite a bit of aluminum railing from Hoover. Their products and prices are beyond competitive. We always receive a great looking product.....very well cared for, no scratches or marring. Delivered in a timely manner, and great customer service. We recommend Hoover to anyone needing fencing or railing systems.

Hoover Fence is a family business and we've had he pleasure to work with several generations of Hoovers as owners of the company, starting in 1998 and continuing to the present. Frank, the company founder, and now his son, Chad, have provided unparalleled positive service and treated us extremely fairly in all dealings. The materials we've purchased from Hoover Fence have been top rate and the company has stood behind their products and ensured all our issues were dealt with for any questions and repairs. I rate Hoover Fence as one of the top companies I've worked with and would recommend them for any fence or home related product or service.

i spent a long time online looking for fencepost caps that were made of wood, stylish, and well-priced. I found them at Hoover Fence. Great customer service and super speedy shipping. I'd go there again in a heartbeat.
