From my first conversation with Brad at a friend's cookout in late July to the completion of my project in early January, the whole process with Custom Builders went extremely well. I recently changed my entire heating and cooling system and added a shed dormer on the second floor. Brad talked me through all of the planning and options and then executed the plan with all of his subcontractors. Brad was very responsive to every question I had no matter what time of day. I am very happy with the work performed by Custom Builders and I am planning to have them build me a new garage this year. Thank you Brad!

Brad was absolutely wonderful to work with. I’ve known Brad for over 25 years and worked with him professionally . When it came time for my husband and I to redo our kitchen the first person I thought of was Brad. He guided us every step of way through the remodel, stayed within budget, and he and his associates were great to work with. We hired Brad to put on a large addition to our very old home. From start to finish was just a wonderful experience. Wouldn't change one thing. Not only does he stick to his time frame, he stands behind his work. Fantastic job for him and his team. Highly recommend using Brad!

We worked with Brad on a reasonably significant (>1000sf) in-law addition to our home in 2022. Brad was highly recommended to use when we were looking to get bids for the project, and after reviewing four bids in total, we chose Brad to work with. My mother-in-law had much to say when choosing the builder since she would fund part of the project. Not only was pricing important, but she needed to feel that the person we were selecting was someone we all trusted. Brad won the bid because of the type of person he is as much as for his pricing. He worked with us well before breaking ground to ensure our design and materials decisions would fit our budget. We aimed to keep overruns below 5% since the budget we fixed from the start. Ultimately, we had only 2% in overages, mainly caused by our making changes. Brad was a pleasure to work with through the whole process, and we would use him again or recommend him to others.

My wife and I first met Brad on a zoom call about one of his new construction builds. Our dream house was a small colonial with enough space but not to over the top. Luckily, Brad was building just that. He was very informative with his build process and all of his vendors. He was always on time with his dates and very responsive which is extremely rare with a new build. We were very appreciative and thankful for that. My wife and I have used Brad at Custom Builders many times since 2016 when we purchased our home from them. We purchased our home while already under construction and had our first of many positive experiences with them finishing the construction to our tastes and design. Since 2016 we have had them do multiple big projects. A year after moving in, we had Brad and his team back to finish our basement where we added a full bath, office/bedroom with a built-in desk and walk in closet along with a large family room space aka man town.
