About Us

An ARCHITECT + BUILDER. Doing work in Wyoming & Colorado. More than 30 years of experience with hundreds of projects with a total value exceeding $400 Million and we "Always do what's best for the Project". Chet started out his career working on construction sites as a framer, laborer, assistant superintendent, assistant project manager, project manager, architect, owner's representative, associate director of facilities planning, architect/principal of a multi-million-dollar architectural firm, and now the Principal/Owner of CLA ARCHITECTURE as the Design-Builder. We design buildings that can be assembled cost effectively because we are the builders, not just the designers. At CLA ARCHITECTURE we excel at facilitating the success of the project by maintaining excellent communication, team collaboration, and managing the project budget and schedule so that we can "Always do what's best for the Project".

AIA Wyoming Award of Excellence 2017, while Principal at MOA ARCHITECTURE. National Award Winner of the 1990 Hills Pet Products -Veterinary Facility Student Design Competition.
