Second bathroom renovation by CTM. As with the first one, they were fantastic. Everyone polite, respectful of our home and has excellent workmanship. Before we finished our master bath renovation, we had some water damage and we used them to make all repairs. So pleased we found CTM Construction. Highly recommend.

CTM built a beautiful new deck on our house to replace an older, failing one. They did so with a very high level of craftmanship and attention to detail. It is great to have, very functional and fits in with well with our 100+ year old house.

Chris, Joe, and the rest of their crew were responsive, met all of their deadlines, did excellent work, and answered all of my questions. Couldn’t have asked for better.

I can't say enough good things about CTM Construction! They recently renovated our entire first floor, to include the kitchen, and also renovated our office with custom cabinetry. We are so perfectly happy with the final product! They handled every hiccup with poise and immediately found resolution to any and all issues. We put all of our trust in them. They truly care about their clients, and that shows in their work. They are kind, hardworking, and dependable. We are already anxious to think of another project for them to do in our home!

We recently completed a home improvement project to remodel our second floor master bath that included a new laundry area. CTM Construction managed the project and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. The CTM crew was skilled, reliable, attentive to detail, and a pleasure to work with. Various trades were contracted out but seemed to us to be part of CTM. The project was finished in a timely manner and came in on budget. We would definitely use CTM again.

Our renovations included the design and remodel of our kitchen, pantry, mudroom, laundry room and guest bathroom as well as new flooring throughout our foyer. CTM made the, typically grueling, process of a large remodel easy to handle with a professional and knowledgeable team who was respectful of our life inside the home as they worked around us. They wore masks and always cleaned up making things extremely tidy before they left for the day. One of my favorite things about the CTM team was their attitude, and that they were always willing to give a professional opinion - unlike other companies we've used who seemed to be afraid to make suggestions. We had a wonderful experience and couldn't be happier with our new spaces. We will miss having them around but look forward to using them on future projects!

We cannot recommend CTM Construction enough. They did an amazing job redoing our upstairs guest bathroom. The workmanship was fantastic and the employees were like members of the family. They were always polite and kind. We can't wait to get our next bathroom started.

Outstanding job on our master bathroom remodel. This is our 4th project with CTM. Cannot recommend them enough - particularly if you are looking for high-quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and friendly people who stand by their work. For this job, Chris paired us with a designer who came up with 3 designs - we ended up going with a hybrid option. Chris steered us to work with good vendors on materials selection. This was a full-out demo job: down to the studs, all new framing, insulation, plumbing and wiring, doors, trim, tile, cabinets, lighting, and paint. They even included some nice finishing touches to make the new bathroom/closets fit well with the rest of our 100-year old house. Look forward to our next project with CTM!!
