We recently completed a major structural kitchen remodel with Chris Harrison and the team at Integrity Contracting, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Chris was incredibly professional, transparent, and easy to work with. He took our vision—updating the entire layout, structural beam, proper permitting and inspections, adding new cabinets, countertops, a brand-new sink, backsplash, and an entirely reconfigured kitchen island—and brought it to life seamlessly! He has the BEST subs and they were always on time and got the job done. A project of this scale has a lot of moving parts, but Chris kept us informed every step of the way. His communication was exceptional, he always has a smile, his timeline was realistic, and the craftsmanship of his team is top-tier. Over the years there have been countless times that we waited and waited for a contractor or other workman who never showed up. Chris not only always showed up, but he was always right on time. We had an outstanding experience working with Chris. From start to finish, he was personable, honest, and operated with a level of integrity that is hard to find. His attention to detail and commitment to quality truly set him apart. Our home is over 30 years old and still had its original deck and entry doors, so this was a significant update. We had also experienced ongoing issues with our exterior balcony, and Chris was able to identify the underlying flaws and present a clear, thoughtful solution - something we had not been able to resolve previously. He built a stunning new deck, removed and rebuilt our balcony, and installed new balcony doors. He also transformed our front entry by replacing our original door system with a beautiful set of 8-foot mahogany double doors, completely elevating the look and feel of our home. Not only was his workmanship exceptional, but he also provided valuable guidance throughout the process. He really listened to our vision while offering thoughtful insight when adjustments would lead to a better overall result. The finished deck exceeded our expectations - it truly looks better than we ever envisioned. Integrity Contracting was recommended to us by a good friend and we are so very thankful. The owner, Chris, was a true joy to work with from the first meeting to the end of the job. We needed to remodel our master bathroom to include a zero entry, ADA shower grab bars and a lower handheld shower. We also replaced all existing fixtures to include faucets, vanity lights, cabinet pulls, door handles and switch plates to with champagne gold to match the new tile. Chris listened to our needs from the start and made additional suggestions to give us more storage above our vanity. They started on time each day and we were provided daily progress updates and our project was completed on time. The worksite was kept clean and he and his assistant, Nika, were very professional. We also decided to extend the new tile flooring into our master closet and Chris was more than willing to complete that for us as well. I would highly recommend Integrity Contracting.
