I wanted to drop a quick thank you to you to Vicus in general. We purchased a new construction Vicus home 12 years ago. It was our first house. We recently decided to move, and I wanted to thank you for our wonderful home. We never had a single issue, problem or concern with our home over the last 12 years. Not only was it a beautiful home, it was of exceptional quality. A recent inspection, where they admittedly were looking for problems and failed to find anything even confirmed that. We are sad to leave our wonderful home. Thanks Vicus!

In 2005, I picked Vicus Builders to build a home in the Cotswold neighborhood of Charlotte. The project was completed in the spring of 2006 and I called that property my home for 12 years until I recently sold it to relocate to another part of Charlotte. Right after signing an agreement to build with Vicus in 2005, it become clear to me that they were partners and forged good ties with myself and other neighbors who also built homes in the same neighborhood. Vicus was easy to approach, bounce ideas off of and I felt I was listened to throughout the build. The result was "no surprises" once the home was finished and better yet, I had no regrets after purchasing and moving into the home. Vicus demonstrated throughout the build an attention to detail and workmanship, which resulted in custom details which have endured through the years. Throughout those 12 years, Vicus has continued to be available to me for questions and even assisted me recently when I decided to sale the property and needed detailed information regarding some of the original construction. Furthermore, I never experienced significant issues while I owned the home and I recently sold the property at an appreciated value. From the original purchase and eventual sale 12 years later, I was pleased that I picked Vicus and I would not hesitate to work with them again on new construction or a renovation.

I had the pleasure of owning a Vicus built home in 2011 for over 5 years and really enjoyed the experience. Although the home was nearing completion Vicus worked with me on several custom features that I requested and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the final product. From the minute I walked through the front door I knew that I was in a quality home - from the keen eye to details - to paint colors - to finishes - to lighting - Vicus never skimped. In the time that I owned the home I had very small issues and Craig was always timely with his responding to me and following through on a resolution. I would highly recommend Vicus - their products are top notch - their ideas are innovative and their homes are solidly built. Bravo!
