Salzano Custom Concrete is a family owned and operated business based in Northern Virginia. We have over 30 years experience in concrete and construction services. Our "Decorative" group serves all areas of Northern Va and specializes in stamped concrete for driveways, patios, pool decks, walkways, walls, stairs, etc. We also provide decorative concrete resurfacing, ie "coatings" as well as concrete polishing. We will spend time with you, one on one, to create an attractive, modern, and artistic design to complement the feel and setting of your property. I highly recommend Salzano Concrete. We recently had a new backyard patio installed, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. CJ was extremely helpful throughout the process, offering great insight, useful tips, and plenty of patience while we worked through our homeowners association approval. Once everything was approved, the patio was installed and finished within a week. The crew was quick, courteous, competent, and easy to work with. They were also very respectful of our yard, shrubs, and surrounding areas. We are very pleased with the finished patio and would gladly recommend Salzano Concrete to anyone looking for quality concrete work.

We hired Salzano Custom Concrete to replace our broken up flagstone patio with stamped concrete and we couldn't happier with the results. The team was very informative during the job, which lasted a little more than a week. They were courteous of our property and cleaned up the rubble when done. We plan to use them for another area of our house and would highly recommend their services.

Great experience from start to finish! CJ took lots of time with us explaining the different concrete porch and sidewalk replacement options. He was especially helpful in our understanding of the pros and cons of each choice. In the end, we chose Bluestone and could not be happier with the results. Their master stone mason, Leonardo, did a fabulous job in overlaying our existing concrete with the new bluestone. His attention to detail was impeccable and perfect! Great experience from start to finish!

This was a terrific experience from start to finish! Mr. Salzano came to our house on two different occasions to discuss our vision for our new front porch and walkway. Once the work commenced (slightly delayed due to extremely cold temperatures), the project was completed in a timely manner. The project manager, Maria was easy to communicate with and her crew did an excellent job from start to finish. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results and were very happy with the suggestions Mr. Salzano had for lighting and safety concerns, and for integrating a very nice pad for trash can storage. We highly recommend Salzano Custom Concrete and would gladly hire them again for future projects.

The project went well, we were able to build your new porch area and long walkway with steps. We used our upgraded, hand detailed, multi-color stamped concrete that we also apply natural grout color for a more convincing style. Yes, the lighting provides a beautiful scene at night and also improve safety particularly in the area with the steps.

Stamped concrete was the perfect solution for us and Salzano’s did an excellent job. We needed a new walkway and front porch to ease the mobility issues of aging, but the esthetics of concrete didn’t appeal to me. CJ Salzano brought his brochure and his vision and showed us the many different styles of stamped concrete - shapes, colors, designs. We decided on a flagstone motif enhanced by subtle colors. We widened the walkway and extended the porch. CJ then talked us through available lighting. The whole job, tear down and build up, took about four days and we are delighted with the results. The upkeep is minimal, the safety issues were resolved and the expense was within our budget. Great crew and great experience!

We had a large stamped concrete patio built and the end result is quite good for the price. They didn't take long to finish and seemed to know what they were doing from start to finish. The stamped design looks close to real. I would recommend them and use them again. We are happy with the product and quality at the price we paid.
