I have wanted to remodel my townhome for years. I just didn't know how to go about doing it. I also had no idea if what I wanted to do would work and how much it would cost. I needed help! I have found the perfect person in Christine Klein of CKlein Properties. She is a decorator and also a real estate agent. She has her own crew of a contractor, painter, tile guy, cabinet maker, etc. Christine remodeled my master bathroom last year and recently completed a major remodel of the entire first floor of my townhome. We removed a wall to open up the kitchen to the living room. Everyone who has seen the remodel is just wowed by the change! What I loved about Christine, is that she prepares a budget for your review and consent that is budgeted down to the penny. She is also really good at looking for ways to save costs and money. Christine is one of the most creative people that I have ever met. She gave me ideas for my remodel project that I would have never thought of. Working with her was a totally collaborative effort. I am thrilled with her work!

Christine and her crew were absolutely fabulous in helping me with a kitchen and bath remodel in a very short period of time. My kitchen counters are beautiful, and my bathrooms look brand new. After the remodel they also helped me with a few important last minute repairs which helped get my condo ready for photos and listing the following day. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Christine is fantastic on so many levels. She has an incredible eye for design as well as keeping within budget. Working with her was a breeze. We had an initial consultation where she asked me what my dream was for my condo. What color palate I was thinking of, what finishes I wanted etc. A few days later, she came to my home and brought me three versions of what we had discussed. She really listened, came up with some wonderful suggestions and truly exceeded my expectations. The renovation was incredibly smooth. If there were any hiccups, she handled them with true professionalism. I cannot more highly recommend her. A truly exceptional experience!!

I could not have found a better match to renovate my condo in Beverly Hills. Right from the start, Christine was extremely organized and the attention to detail was unmatched. She helped me pick out all of the right finishes and fixtures and was a great guide in making the correct design choices. The renovation of my condo was no small task and Christine and her team tackled it with ease. I constantly get compliments on my home and could not be happier!

Christine Klein is an absolutely wonderful Designer! She knows what she is doing and I really needed her help! I didn’t even know how much I needed her till after work began! On designing, after she had a good idea as to what I wanted, brought to me samples of everything - including paint colors, tile samples, carpet samples, countertop samples just everything. She really spent time with me to understand what I really wanted. She introduced me to ideas I wouldn’t have thought about on my own - and I loved them! When work began she was at my place several times a week to make sure everyone was on the same page at all times. I had several things done to my condo including removing popcorn ceilings throughout, (her recommendation and I love it), paint throughout, new flooring and carpet throughout along with kitchen and three bathroom remodels, fireplace upgrades, front door changes, lighting including recessed and ceiling lamps and more. I was hoping to not replace the cabinets in the kitchen or bathrooms if possible. She said that was fine and they could paint them. She then went into explaining the process to do that. I decided to paint them and they look beautiful! She also recommended a lot of minor changes and additions that make such a good impact on the end result. Things such as new door handles, magnetic door stops, taking out my gas fireplace logs and replacing with fire balls. This list could go on an on. She helped me actually buy materials I needed such as kitchen and bathroom hardware and much more including new furniture. Worker materials she ordered for me. She along with Gustavo and his workers are experienced, caring and professional. She communicates clearly and follows up promptly. Her budget spreadsheets are so thorough and she documents every dollar spent so I knew at all times where I was with the budget. Everything bought, including online reference numbers, are included in her budgets to make it easy for future reference. She takes the time to make sure I am comfortable in understanding the budget and timeline. She has such a fantastic eye and goes through everything done to make sure it was as I wanted. She and her team roll up their sleeves and get things done. They have my best interest at heart and go out of their way to make such a difficult and emotional process as easy and smooth as they can. I highly recommend Christine and her team and would use them again in a minute if I needed to do more remodeling no matter how large or small it might be! And I might be doing that soon.

I recently purchased a 1920’s duplex in Beverly Hills. It had previously been a rental/income property so needless to say it was in pretty bad condition. Being a single parent with a young daughter and working full-time I simply did not have the time or desire to tackle the renovation project myself. I needed someone with taste, vision and style to bring my old duplex back to life. Christine was not only knowledgeable , talented and budget conscious but I now consider her a great friend.

I recently sold my house and decided to move into my condo that I had been leasing. Needless to say, it needed a complete makeover. Luckily I met Christine Klein and she transformed my 1980's condo into a showplace. I work in the design industry, but didn't have time to take on a project like this and also keep up with my work schedule. She timed the construction to work perfectly with the closing of my house sale so it was an easy transition. Her crew was top notch professional and all the materials and color selections and choices I needed to make were a breeze with her help. She made what could have been a stressful situation, simple and at times even fun. Now I have what I call my Jewel Box...Thank you Christine! Now all I need is another condo or house so I can work again with Christine.

We gutted our condo leaving 4 windows in tact, Christine made what would normally be a very stress experience a breeze... Her creativity and direction helped us make not only great looking choices but choices that will remain current and not dated in a few years. I would recommend her highly.
