Hi Cara I wanted to thank you personally for your kindness during the design and building of our basement suite. As you know my husbands illness meant we needed to build a basement suite and working with you made the the process so much less stressful for me during what has been a stressful time. You came highly recommended and I know why. You were accommodating to my schedule, financial limits and any requests we made were answered with “no problem”. Classic Kitchens is so very lucky to have you, I felt your caring nature from the first time we met. I hope some day I can return your kindness. I will tell anyone in need of cabinets to go and see you and your staff!!!

Wow, What can I say, this company delivers. They have done my kitchen in the main house some years ago and I didn't hesitate to call on them to do my new guest house. The owner is a true professional. The office staff very friendly and efficient. What I loved most was the ease in working with Classic Kitchens and Design. Not only do they know their cabinets & handles but they coordinate with the granite counter top company, so everything is taken care of. All you need to do is give them an idea and they know exactly what to do. I wanted something totally different for my guest house and they loved the challenge. It came out fabulous. Their follow up is the best. Real perfectionists. No detail left to chance. Would use again in an instant.

Classic Kitchens has supplied and installed many beautiful products for of our clients. The Lectus line of cabinetry hits the mark for design, quality and price point. Rich, Kathy, Adena and Cara have been tremendously helpful in executing efficient design solutions that work within our client’s budgets. The installers do a fantastic job and follow up to make sure details are addressed so the products work well.

We had the opportunity to work with the Classic Kitchen team (Leanne) twice. The entire process from design consulting, measuring to install was pleasurable and fun. Leanne was very helpful and supportive - her attention to detail and knowledge of the product is outstanding. Classic's pricing was very competitive for the first-rate quality of their products. The installer was efficient, and very helpful with fulfilling our design wishes (and a few last minute changes). I would recommend Classic Kitchen to contractors, new home builders and DIY'ers. I found the whole process of getting quotes, design, design changes, cabinet installation and counter top installation went extremely well. Friendly, professional, expert professionalism at all times. I got quotes and concepts from 5 companies and Leanne's suggestion of relocating the stove was truly brilliant and no one else came up with that suggestion nor beat their price. The installation went very well and the kitchen is great.

We built a new house and Kay was a pleasure to work with. She was able to work within our budget and furthermore, work within our work schedules. There were more than a few occasions when we could only meet later in the evening to talk designs and products and she was more than happy to accommodate us. Everything came as promised and on time. I'd do business with Classic Kitchens again.

You could not ask for any better service it was the highest of anywhere we had been. It started right from the first time we entered the show room. The staff all have a great knowledge of the products they sell. Where we learned about the different kinds of cabinetry they carried. We found their products were the best quality around and as we had a limited budget they were able to help us with a cabinet option that we could afford as well as being able to get custom made cabinets but not have to get poorer quality of cabinetry. I had pacific ideas regarding door styles and some specialty cabinets for my spices I wanted in our kitchen. We worked closely with the designer letting her know what I was thinking and she came up with design options for us to see. The installation was done so quickly and we ending the kitchen of our dreams. We will be going back for cabinetry when it comes time to renovate our bathrooms.

Very poor quality of knowledge and service. Kay at Classic Kitchens and Design of Parkville came to our home, took measurements and did a kitchen drawing. She charged $250. (which would be applied against an order.) I saw immediately that there were dimension errors in her drawing and calculations: her drawing could not work. She was defensive + argumentative. We cancelled the project due to Kay's errors and unprofessional attitude. Her response was to accuse us of 'running out of money'. They refused to refund the $250. I would not under any circumstances recommend Classic Kitchens and Design. (I have subsequently had the new kitchen designed + installed by another company.)

I had a complete reno of my kitchen last winter and Leanne from Classic Kitchens helped me through the whole process. She came out, measured, and had a lot of ideas to improve the space of the kitchen. She was very thorough and patient while we chose the style and colour of the cupboards and all the accessories. The install went smoothly, and Leanne came out personally to check the finished product. Finally, when I noticed one of the hinges seemed loose a few months later, Kay and Leanne ordered a new one and had it replaced right away. I absolutely recommend this company for the great ideas, beautiful product, and the polite and professional service throughout the process and afterward!

My husband and I flip houses on occation and we have worked with Kay and her crew at Classic Kitchens 6 times now. We have alway found Classic Kitchens to be not only very professional in their work by helping us create designs for our kitchens and by offering us numerous options and price ranges, but they are also very personable which helped make us feel at ease with our decision making the first time we worked with them. We would most certainly work with this company again, and very likely will in the near future when we remodel our own kitchen.
