I have used McKenry before for closet designs. Always, professional and product is beautiful. I worked with Robin his associate on this project. Excellent ....I can't wait to get the Cabinets in for the pool house...We totally had a complete gut on this pool house. floors, ceilings, walls and electrical. It is going to beautiful with the new cabinets.... Thank you again for a wonderful experience .

Chris McKenry is "THE" closet designer I recommend for Eastern TN. Decades of seeing others' storage has made me rather picky in what I like to see for busy professionals and families. Chris' background in professional organizing means that his team designs closets with the end-use in mind. When a design is just right, space is maximized. Custom compartments bring joy to putting things away and keeping everything neat. Have you toured his showroom yet? Do it! You owe it to yourself to discover what great options are available. Don't fall for the lie that ready-made, DIY shelving is cheap and convenient; it doesn't hold a candle to installing quality the right way. You'll save hours of stress and searching by hiring Closets by McKenry & you won't be wasting money replacing damaged, low quality product.

I would have given Closets by McKenry, Chris, and everyone involved in our closet reno 10 stars if possible. There was no point in this project that was not absolutely perfect. Of the three companies we asked to give a quote and design, Chris was the only one who had an eye for what we were asking for and went out of his way to give us the concept and design we needed. He caught our vision. He gave expert advice, while at no time belittling our ideas or arguing. Any time we visited the showroom, we felt welcome and cared for. The closet components are high quality and the two installers were wonderful young men and very respectful of us and our house. They even cleaned up after themselves. Not many in construction do that. I believe the rail system is well attached and have no fear of anything falling. Install took less than a day. After the install, we realized there was something we needed that we forgot to ask for. Chris took care of it and within a couple of days, we had what we needed. Even though we don't have a large closet, Christ treated our needs as if we were designing a space that would give him a lot of return financially. His quote was actually the lowest of the three companies we contacted. We love the new space, and the soft-close drawers are great! I really can't say enough about Chris and all the other people with Closets by McKenry. Highly recommend. Would use again without hesitation or getting quotes from any other company.

Chris and I met on a Friday. We told him what our needs and wants were for our closet. It exceeded our expectations. It is absolutely beautiful. We would highly recommend Chris McKenry for designing your closet. Wonderful selections!!!

Closets by Mckenry, Chris was very thorough and very helpful in planning our new closets. He was on time the work was done on time and very neat. We will be using him again in the near future.

I found Chris McKenry to be the consummate professional. His attention to detail was very impressive. He followed through on everything he said and responded to my many concerns relating to space and how to manage the volume of clothes, shoes, purses, etc. His help and guidance was invaluable to the project. It has been a pleasure working with Mr. Mckenry, he came to the house and listened to what we wanted, provided a fair price and delivered ahead of schedule. we look forward to our next project with Closets by McKenry . also joe the installer was awesome , he took care of the newly renovated room and cleaned up all the way out of the house . great job

CbM was contracted to come up with a storage solution on a master closet and rather large pantry. It was the best scenario a G.C. can hope for: measure, design, installation, client happy. Cabinets look great! I look forward to working with Chris in the future.

We had a large closet that was a complete disaster--We basically opened the door and threw items in. I called Chris after seeing his ad. He arrived as scheduled and very professionally assessed the problem. He listened to my needs, asked questions, made suggestions, measured the area and left promising to give me a call when he had plans drawn. In a very few days he called to arrange a time to review the plans. We agreed on what was to be done and the installation was scheduled. A very knowledgeable crew arrived when promised and efficiently created my new closet. We could not be more pleased and are still amazed at how much more usable storage space we have.
