We manufacture from scratch, custom closet drawer organizers and storage cabinets, adjustable shelving for shoes and folded clothing, all in furniture grade melamine or real wood materials.
We specialize in custom fabricated closets, garage storage systems, TV and entertainment units, and offices in a variety of options and finishes.

1. NO MONEY changed hands. = NO Contract formed.
Potential customer provided C.C. Information, but we never charged card, as we never solidified a delivery date.
2. Dates were discussed between complainant & salesperson - but obviously nothing was finalized. (We would have taken deposit if it had been).
At complainant's behest we were attempting to "squeeze" them into a tightly booked schedule and it was dependent on completing previously committed contracts (Jobs). Therefore first two dates never came to fruition.
If Complainant would have accepted a normal four week delivery date and booked the job on an open delivery date everything would have gone very smoothly.
