All of our designs ultimately reflect the unique personalities, style and interests of our clients. The most important attribute to this firm is the respect and satisfaction of each and every one of our clients. We strive to provide the highest caliber of design and performance for our clients. We work as a team with our contractors to provide our clients with exceptional service of a turn-key operation. The designer is on site throughout the construction phase to make sure the project is being executed to every detail of the designer’s eye.

So glad we were able to work with CMHP! When my wife and I were ready to start our backyard renovation we had so many thoughts and ideas of things we wanted it felt overwhelming at times. We contacted CMHP and scheduled a site visit. After some discussions with Carissa, CMHP put together a beautiful, highly functional, and very buildable design for our backyard retreat! CMHP delivered us various outdoors entertainment spaces, rain water collection, and high functioning storage solutions for our half acre property in a well established neighborhood. The plan well thought out and incorporated all of our wants and needs in an efficient, cost effective and low maintenance design. We highly recommend CMHP.

She has a tremendous vision, can communicate it so you can visualize the outcome, does a great drawing things out in CAD and then bringing things to life. She is also great when you are having to adjust your budget on the fly and still make things work beautifully. Carissa did a wonderful job working with clients from out of state who had many requests for a 10 acre site. They needed new landscaping around the house, walking trails and an extensive vegetable garden and greenhouse. She is very knowledgeable about native plant material with a strong sense of design. My home was designed by an architect as his home, and he did not hire a landscape architect or designer for his property as he designed it himself. Soon after moving in, I discovered I had severe property drainage and water issues caused by rain, especially around the foundation of my home. Carissa was hired. She studied the terrain and did an analysis of the property and quickly developed a plan to correct the water problem and protect my home's foundation. At my request, Carissa designed a detailed landscape plan which gives me a great deal of privacy, beauty, and peace. With her people and listening skills, she understood exactly what I wanted and worked directly with the installer to make sure every detail was installed according to her plan. It became clear to me Carissa cares about her clients and she loves her profession. I highly recommend CMHP Design to everyone.

Commented: I liked the combination of paver with concrete!The paver you mention is actually a 12” wide stone band along the driveway edge. The flagstone is cut different widths to give the irregular pattern you see.

Commented: Beautiful driveway, what material was used?Yes, this is what is called exposed aggregate drive. You can change the appearance of the color by pouring the concrete in a preferred tinted color and floating your aggregate choice in to the top.
