Coleman Builders are amazing. I have built several homes and used to be a small-time real estate investor, so I'm familiar with materials, timelines, subs and all that's involved in the process. Allen and his team exceeded my expectations from start to finish, delivering on time and on budget. The attention to detail and quality of work is the best I have seen. Furthermore, following up and doing what is right to get the final product perfect is a rare occurrence these days. Coleman and his team did this more times than I can count. I have nothing to say but positive things about this builder. I will close with two words - excellence and integrity.

Very professional and easy to work with. As first time builders, we didn’t know what to expect but Allen made the process easy for us. April helped us with a lot of the interior features such as cabinets, countertops and faucets. They make a great team! Coleman Builders built a beautiful home for us that we will enjoy for years to come! High quality construction built to last!

Coleman Builders built our home in Mount Pleasant SC. They were involved from site selection through construction and move in. This was our 5th home build in 4 states and by far, this was the best. Coleman Builders are wonderful to work with and always treated us great! They helped with all the material selections including lighting, hardware, paint, cabinets, flooring, .......well everything! Coleman Builders are highly knowledgeable and experienced and this is reflected in how they do their work and especially in the quality of their product. Their homes are in high demand for a reason. Their homes are top quality! We could not be more pleased with our home building experience with Coleman Builders. They are just......GREAT!!

Absolutely the best building experience we could have imagined. We built our dream house and had a lot of specific quirky needs. Coleman Builders is accustomed to building really high end houses, so when we asked for a bathroom with floor-to-ceiling penny tiles, Allen didn't blink. He found us the best tile guy in the business and they went to work! He custom-created heavy wooden beams, a fireplace mantle and lined our hood in the most amazing reclaimed wood. Every sub-contractor was friendly, conscientious and timely. We got in to our house BEFORE Christmas, December 2017 and had the perfect time getting our house ready for our first holiday in our new home.

Coleman Builders receives my highest recommendation for new house construction. Every stage of construction had superior workmanship. Allen Coleman was a true professional throughout the process and went to great lengths to ensure your satisfaction exceeded your expectations. His subcontractors take extreme pride int their specialty areas and always found them to be very polite. The cost estimate met the original budget and the timeline for construction completion was also met. A true benchmark for a high quality builder is when you can say after being in our home for 3 years, we have had absolutely zero issues or defects that required any follow up.
