From navigating the permit process to helping Tailor our final design on our Reno, they were so professional and made the process so stress-free. We can not recommend them enough. Comstock took on the very ambitious project of adding an entire penthouse floor & rooftop deck addition to our apartment building. I can honestly say Nate is the most friendly, reliable, transparent, and honest contractor I have ever dealt with (yes, all of those things). This project had so many moving pieces and tricky situations, but he was always available when needed (e.g. heavy storms coming out of nowhere while the roof was open!). Very happy with the end result and would recommend Comstock for anything.

Every detail was meticulously considered, including cleaning up my apartment afterwards. They went the extra mile at every point. I had some doubts about the standing cabinet during the process and Nathan talked me through it and provided alternatives, which really demonstrated how much value they both put into making their customer happy. I want them to make over my bathroom next!
