Keith was very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and flexible. He really worked with me to get my home theater installed and running, even though we hit a few snags along the way. He also worked hard on his part to get me some good deals on the hardware and I am very happy with his service and his work. I was sad that the project ended! Work completed: 1. Mount and run power for motorized ceiling projector screen 2. Mount projector and run power 3. Rewire light switches to run neutral and install smart switches (x5) 4. Install new outlets (under stair storage and and under kitchen sink) and replace some outlets with GFCI 5. Purchase Klipsch 5.1 surround system (in-wall) and install 6. Procure receiver ad run power, setup and troubleshooting 7. Rip out old legacy ecobee thermostat, install Nest with C-connector

I initially called Connected Media at the recommendation of my local Face Book group. I needed someone to install a Nest thermostat. Keith responded quickly and assured me that he would indeed be able to do this quickly and at a fair price. The next day, we had a Nest thermostat that I can control from my cell phone. We were so impressed at Keith’s quiet confidence and knowledge that we asked him if he thought he might be able to help us with our poor internet system. Living in a rural area, we have never had good internet and had come to accept that Netflicks and even YouTube videos were for “the other folk”. Long story short, Keith came over and came up with a few possible plans to improve the network. He purchased some parts, installed them and decided that they were not working well enough. He continued to problem solve and went to plan B. We now have quick, stable and adequate internet! Just in time too since the Covid-19 virus has us house bound and I am luckily able to continue my counselling practice on line as well as my teaching of master level students. Not only that, but now I can FaceTime with family who are also is isolation. Keith is personable, dedicated, intelligent and persistent. We immediately trusted him and were not disappointed. Very reliable and responsible profession. Keith came to my house to do a small job on the weekend (running a network cable from the 2nd floor to the main floor). He was great on what he was doing for me. Very satisfied result. For any IT/cable/network related work, I would not hesitate to contact Keith again (which I’m already thinking to).

I have used Connected Media a couple times now... I highly recommend them as they do quality work at a very reasonable price. Keith made sure all the wires were hidden and even added in a coupler to make another device work properly with the new set-up.
