CONTENT Architecture

Can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Content. We have worked with them to design and oversee the construction of our home. Although the build had its fair share of headaches and delays, Jesse was a lifesaver on several occasions. Content’s work speaks for itself but the level of detail and ongoing follow through is what most certainly stands out. I recommend Jesse and Content without hesitation.

When we decided to renovate 2 ugly metal buildings for our home and my art studio the only firm we approached was Content Architecture. Their super powers are: they listen, they care and they are brilliant designers. This was a beautiful collaboration between my developer husband, Mark Witte; my former amazing and still remarkable university student and friend, Heather Rowell; the solid design talents of Jesse Hager; and my own overflowing barrel of arty opinions. Best experience ever and loved the journey.

Working with and getting to know the folks at Content was undoubtedly the highlight of our recent renovation project. Jesse and his team assisted with the architectural work and design for our kitchen and master bedroom rebuild. They are the rare team that pays attention to every detail and follows through to ensure that the work is done correctly. While our project was small in comparison to some of the amazing work they've done, we always felt like their top priority. Content will be our first call in the event we do additional projects!

About a year ago after a pretty lengthy search we engaged Content Architecture to design our house. They are young, bright, and very talented, both creatively and technically. The design process has been a pure joy. If you are looking to build a modern home that does not look like the cookie-cutter variety I would highly recommend Content. But don't just take my word for it - this year they won the Houston AIA award for best residential design and their most recent completed house won Houston CultureMap's favorite house of this year's AIA home tour as voted by its readers. We feel lucky to have found them when we did.

We worked with Content Architecture on a full-house contemporary remodel and were extremely happy with our experience with them. They provided very creative ideas, paid attention to every detail and were very sensitive to our budget. We also engaged Content to oversee the project once construction began and that turned out to be brilliant decision. They are terrific architects and terrific people. We highly recommend them.

I have been honored to have the pleasure to work with CONTENT over the past 2 years. Not only is their work beyond reproach, they are great people- people you would want to have over to your house post-construction to enjoy a beer with. This is my third project with architectural services and without a doubt, CONTENT is best of the bunch.
