Buyer beware! Hey Concrete Visions, try being honest, reputable and reliable. How about a call back when there is warranty work to be done as promised? Go ahead Brent…Brennan…Dawes…pick up the phone. It’s been 2+ years of promises and no action. Hammersmith Structures will no longer use Concrete Visions because of numerous failures and lack of quality craftsmanship. I’ve been sooooo patient and I’m so disappointed. I’m left with leaving bad reviews and small claims court. DO NOT USE!

We chose to go with an acid stain floor to finish our basement and are very pleased with the results. From start to finish Concrete-Visions worked closely with us to stay within budget and make sure we were happy. Their staff who did the floors were excellent at staying in touch with us and making sure we were completely pleased with the results, even coming back an extra day for two more coats of sealer when the concrete absorbed a bit more than expected.

We hired Concrete-Visions to create a concrete surround for our existing wood burning fireplace. Concrete-Visions provided a very competitive quote, provided a sample, and delivered and installed the surround. The entire process look just over 1 month. The installation guys were very friendly, and had the surround installed in less than 1 hour.

I contacted Concrete-Visions to inquire about having my basement floor done after it had flooded in 2016. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted to do initially, but with their help we decided upon polished concrete (we knew we did not want to go with carpet again!). What a great route to go! We love our new basement floor, and this project has spurned us on to do many more upgrades throughout the remainder of the basement! Everyone that comes into our home loves it as well. I have some other possible decorative concrete projects, and I would not hesitate to have Concrete-Visions handle those as well!

Very professional from pricing all the way try installation. Installation forman was awesome! Very neat, clean up at completion was great!

They did a great job on this high end custom home that we just designed and built in Boulder. The fireplace looks outstanding and they were very professional to work with. Beautiful installation.

Not impressed. I hired this company to do a concrete counter top with a couple of custom sinks for my bathroom. I chose concrete because I could basically design whatever kind of sinks I wanted. I was very specific in what I asked for, giving a detailed description and pictures to the owner and to the shop manager. They said it was no problem. On the day of installation, I found that they had changed my design and done something different from what I wanted. When asked about it, they said "we thought this looked better". No heads up, no getting the ok, just a straight executive decision to change my custom design. There were also a ton of spots all over the sinks from the sealer, and the back splash has since split from the counter top. Although they offered to replace it, they would not cover potential damages from ripping the old one out, nor would they pay my plumber to come back for another 4-5 hours, and never mind the hassle! I've had to fight to get a discount. Do not use this company. Their work is definitely sub par.

I came with some very specific ideas of what I wanted and Craig kindly made them better. We incorporated specific colors, sea glass from Maui, fiber optic lights, oyster shells and drainage grids to make a one-of-a-kind countertop. Extraordinary experience.

As an interior designer I have worked with Concrete-Visions on a number of projects and have been very satisfied with their quality of work as well as the professionalism and great customer service they have shown on each project. I am also very impressed by their willingness to incorporate ideas and suggestions made by either myself or my clients and their abilities to turn those ideas into both beautiful and functional works of art. I would highly recommend Concrete-Visions for all residential and commercial and residential projects and look forward to working with them again.

H i, We had Concrete Visions do a very unique custom double sink top for our addition bathroom vanity. Although the cost was expensive we felt that this would be a statement visually and was worth the expense. The outcome was incredible. We really love the sink with all our heart. Craig, the salesman did a pretty good job but had a little difference of opinion with my wife as to where to put the facets. He claimed that for the sake of "Fung shai (sp. ??)" they should be in the center. My wife wanted them on the corners and we are happy with where we put them. We had an issue with staining of the surface with use that began immediately ,so something seemed wrong. We called Craig and he put us in touch with Matthew (who is the builder of the sink). He was wonderful to work with. He came in and lightly sanded and then resealed it. It now has no issues with staining. It cleans very well. Matthew thought that the temp. in his shop may have been a little cold so the sealer did not work the first time. Well, we love it very much. Craig was going to come take pictures of it to post but I think he has been busy. Ben Brown
