I can't even explain how much Cook Design Studio helped my husband and I out with our home addition plans. We had to have our 4 year old addition plans (from another designer) revised when our builder told us the plans needed to be updated before we could submit to the building department. The original designer refused to respond to our numerous calls or emails, so we had to have new plans drawn altogether. I called Scott Cook and he not only only helped us quickly, but also made the new plans far better. This is a professional and trustworthy business and they take pride in their detailed work. I cannot wait to see it all finished!

We had the privilege of working with Scott Cook and his design firm. I can’t imagine a better experience. He listened to what we wanted, had great suggestions, and designed a beautiful house and garage plan for us. The garage is built and looks stunning. We will start the house soon. Scott was also open and receptive to changes we wanted to make.

I hired Cook Design Studio, Inc. to complete a partial set of plans for a house I built in late 2016 and early 2017. He provided all of the plans and documents needed for the municipality in which the house was built. His work was accurate and neat. He has a good understanding of structural needs. He is very accessible and was also reasonable on his price for what he provided. I would highly recommend Scott and his team.
