L Design Studio has had the pleasure of working with Cory and his team at Sterling Renovations. They do an impeccable job making sure that all of our clients needs are met, and that every detail is planned out. The end result is always a beautifully renovated space, and we are honored to be able to partner with them.

Last fall we purchased a home that was built in 1987 and was in need of some serious upgrading. We interviewed numerous contractors but in the end, chose Sterling Renovation based on their experience with similar projects and the amazing outcomes they had achieved! This was the best decision we ever made! Corey Doughty worked with us closely from design through project completion. Our living 1500 miles away never got in the way of the decision making process. We met on a regular basis during critical junctures and Corey used technology to help us see challenges or design opportunities. Corey was knowledgeable, creative and extremely easy to work with. We have had nothing but rave reviews from everyone that has seen the house. Corey helped us navigate through some very difficult design decisions as well as dealing with Hurricane Irma during construction. The project was delivered on time and on budget. We have worked with Corey at Sterling Renovation & Design on several door and shower projects over the past few years. We are usually one of the last sub-contractors on the job and we get to see his projects near completion. The quality of his work and his other sub-contractors' work is outstanding ... something you do not see often these days!
