After three years of living in a new construction I needed some advice on how to pull things together in our main living space. Courtenay Becker to the rescue! Within two hours, Courtenay assessed our family's needs and helped me come up with an action plan to achieve the look we desired. I am thrilled with her suggestions on everything from rug selection, to dining table style to paint colors. Not only does Courtenay have an impeccable sense of style and knowledge of design, but she was also a joy to work with. I won't hesitate to seek her guidance for future projects.

Thank you for the kind words Robi. It was my pleasure to help with your design questions. I look forward to seeing the results!

I've worked with Courtenay several times over the last few years, consulting with her both in my home, and in my studio. She was always incredibly helpful, and an extremely good listener, and would synthesize my needs with her perceptions, coming up with solutions which were well within my budget and just plain beautiful. Her taste is simply extraordinary, and her knowledge nonpareil. She helped us specifically with window treatments (a gem!!) and had a wonderful eye for Scale. I honestly can't recommend her highly enough...I almost want to redecorate just to have more projects on which to work with her!

I needed help arranging a lot of prints on a specific wall in my dining room. I didn't know how to go about it so I called Courtney Becker for assistance. She graciously came and organized my prints and pictures and the wall looks fabulous! She is also helping me to find prints/paintings/and photographs for another wall in my living room. She is guiding me in my selection of art work as well as arranging what I have chosen! Courtney is knowledgeable regarding artists and is very professional about how she goes about organizing and making suggestions of what will go with what! I would highly recommend Courtney to my friends and am planning on using her services again when I paint my downstairs living area this coming summer.

Thanks Maxine. Such a pleasure to work with you. I love the creative challenge of arranging great art work. Figuring out how to use all of it in a way that you actually see it is really rewarding!

I couldn't have asked for a better decorator. I asked Courtenay to come out to give me ideas for updating my first floor living space. Although my project was small and low budget she gave it all the care and attention one would give a much grander project. She is very knowledgeable, excellent with color, has a wonderful sense of scale, balance, harmony and flow and is mindful of budget. Besides that, she's fun to work with!

CDB Home is providing comprehensive interior design services for our new home. The scope of the project includes selection/purchase of paint, wall coverings, rugs, curtains and furniture. I have been working with CDB Home for over 6 months and the services that have been provided are outstanding. This is by far the finest interior design company I have ever hired. Courtenay Day Becker is very creative, smart and professional. She has excellent time management and business skills. Her project estimates and invoices are accurate and timely. More importantly, Courtenay truly cares that her clients are very pleased with all her design recommendations. She is sincere, honest and fun to work with on any project. I can always trust that she knows all the technical aspects of interior design and will encourage me to consider some new ideas. I will continue to work with Courtenay on both large and small projects. I am enjoying watching her transform our house into a home!!

Courtenay is caring, creative and patient and she came into my life after a major life transition I had. Together we modified my home to reflect my true self and to clear away things that no longer served me from my past. She helped open a new door in my life by bringing beauty and joy into my home and life and she was such a blessing to work with.

CDB Home has had a dramatic effect on my Real Estate Sales. I have used Courtenay's Staging Services six times over the past year and my sellers have been amazed at the transformations that took place. This enabled my sellers to sell their homes quickly for the highest possible price. I highly recommend CDB Home and will continue to use their exceptional services.

I used CDB for a full bathroom remodel. Courtenay was very knowledgeable and provided me with many design options by price point. I had waited many years for the bathroom of my dreams and Courtenay was able to understand and retrieve the look/feel I had imagined into a reality. As an example, I fell in love with a vanity design that required a cabinet maker to build it from our design. She found the cabinet maker and followed the project through from start to finish and I couldn't be happier with the end result. She also arranged and met with each contractor so they fully understood the scope to ensure the quotes would be the final cost (no surprises). Any changes to the job and quotes were first approved by me before any changes were made to the original design. I truly enjoyed working with Courtenay. Her passion for design and desire to make sure I was happy made this a fabulous experience for me. I could go on and on... but the main message is that I love walking into my bathroom everyday; it's so clean, bright and beautiful! Thank you Courtenay! I'm happy to share a few pictures (although I don't have all the finishing touches completed yet).

Courtenay is a delight to work with, and makes the process fun. She has a keen eye for color, and has excellent taste. She helped me redesign a home office and bedroom, and provided great vision for the two spaces. She works within your budget and offers fantastic advice on using space intelligently. She also is excellent in doing follow up with other vendors. She gets my highest recommendation.

Courtenay was amazing! This was my first experience with a designer and I can honestly say I will never make a major purchase for my home again with out consulting with her first. Courtenay has an amazing gift of being able to visualize what a room could look like and guiding you in that direction, even if you don't see it yourself in your mind's eye. She takes her time with you, is punctual, and extremely fair with her fee's. Thanks Courtenay!
