Chip performed the architecture work for an house addition in Denver. He was easy to work with and came up with pragmatic, cost effective, and eye appealing layouts. He's also very knowledgeable about the building process and the hurdles you encounter when working in the city of Denver.

Chip and a corresponding building company were a recommendation from a good friend who had hired both for a substantial renovation project recently. This particular friend had dealt with several reno projects and other builders and design architects who were all equally disappointing for different reasons. That said though, Chip and this builder were in my friend's words...'total pro's and great to work with'. I've worked with Chip over the last year as we've moved through different iterations of our own substantial home renovation project and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a design architect. He has delivered everything I've requested and has routinely exceeded my expectations along the way. It's nice to have someone take the time to listen to what you want and then use their own experience to enhance and realize your ideas and concepts. We are still sorting out the financial and builder side of the project but will certainly continue to engage Chip when that next stage comes to life.
